Sugar Nellie DT and Whiff of Joy

Oh do you believe this?? 2 posts in one day !!! But my play time is over for I have to get things ready to go back to work tomorrow.

I managed to get a couple more challenges in. This first card I made for my nephew's little boy he will be turning one this coming week. I used the Bruno Bear from Whiff of Joy and he h as been colored with my copic's. The sketch I used is from the challenge this week at Friday Sketchers.

The next card I made for the Allsorts Challenge Blog. I used one of my Sugar Nellie DT stamps from the fall kit and she is colored with my copic's. My papers are from Cloud 9 and I used one of the MS border punches. I added a Prima flower with brad and spacer in the center.

Then last I made a notepad for my friend with some mat board and my bind it all. I used one of the gorgeous Manga girls from Sugar Nellie, I colored her with my copic's and I used one of the nestibilites labels to mat her on. The flowers are from my retro punch with a brad in the center and the MS branch punch. I added some metal to 2 of the corners and added a rub on for the saying.

Well it's that time and need to stop my playing now, time to get ready for the work week.

Played some more today

Boy could I get use to having the weekend off again lol So have enjoyed getting to play this weekend and I did manage to get some blogging done.

I made a couple cards for some challenges.

My first card is for High Hopes Challenge Blog (birthday challenge) and I used the wonderful sketch made by Jenni at Creative Inspiration. I have used the High Hopes ant with cupcake, I think these ant's are just so cute. I have colored my image with copic's and added some spica glitter pens. My paper is from BG and I used some punches from SU for my computer generated woring. Ribbon is just from my stash.

My next card is for the sketch at Sketch Saturday I used one of my new fall Design Team stamps from Sugar Nellie these stamps are just gorgeous, have you all got your fall kit?? If not man you all need to get them for they are just wonderful.
I used my Fiskars Apron punch and some SU ribbon and punches for my computer generated wording. My papers are from BoBunny, I so am into the BoBunny papers lol

Well I hope you all are having a great weekend so far I know I dread to see it end but I have to say I have sure enjoyed being off work. Thanks so much for stopping bye.

Sugar Nellie DT

Oh my prayers were answered!!!! I finally got a Saturday off!!! I was so ready for this day trust me!! I did some housework today and mowed the yard etc but I played more than I done work lol It felt so good to have today off. So here is my play time.

This first card is a card I made for A Spoonful Of Sugar!!! There was a gorgeous sketch done by Nikki and I so enjoyed using this and I know I will be using it again.
I used one of my Sugar Nellie DT Fall stamps and she was colored with my copic's. The leave is also from Sugar Nellie and I popped it up with some foam tape. My papers are from MME and my wording is from Simon Says Stamp with SU punches. The border punch I used was from MS and I used the MS branch punch also. My flower is from Prima with a brad and spacer in the center.


I made this card for the Create4Fun challenge!!! And they had a wonderful sketch by Tiets this week, SO LOVE her sketch's. This is another one of my Sugar Nellie DT stamps. Isn't this Manga Christmas girl just gorgeous ???? Oh I just love these images, they are so easy to color. Here I have colored my image with copic's and I have used some glamour dust for the fur. I used the MS border punch and some Prima flowers. My metal wording is from Making Memories and my papers are from BG the wassail collection.

This card is from Sugar Nellie and is one of the Charity Stamps called Pure Of Heart. The 3 stamps Sugar Nellie has all proceeds yes 100% going to Breast Cancer so please help Sugar Nellie with this great cause.

I made this card for the Sugar Bowl, Gayle has a wonderful sketch this week with the please include paper piecing. I used papers from SU and one of my MS border punches. I used a couple of my new punches to make the flowers and put a heart brad in the center along with the MS branch. The wording is from Magnolia and my corner punches are from EKSuccess.

Pink and Grey!!!

Good Day!!! Well it is that time again, time for another Just Magnolia Challenge and this week it is to use the colors Pink and Grey. I used this cute Tilda with the raincoat, she has been oclored with my copic's and my papers are from MME. Prima flowers were used with a spacer and brad in the center along with a MCGill Leave punch and a MS branch. The wording is from Whiff of Joy and the punches for that were from SU.

Challenge #49

This week we have a recipe for you all at Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog.
It is to use 6 brads, 2 flowers and 3 patterned papers. Sounds like fun doesn't it?

I have used Willow here and papers from BoBunny. Willow from Whiff Of Joy has been colored in with my copic's. And I have used Prima flowers along with my retro flower punch. The branch is from MS. I so love these BoBunny papers, they just have the most gorgeougs papers. I haven't added a sentiment to my card yet for not for sure where it is going to lol

First Sugar Nellie DT Cards

Good Afternoon!!! I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend!! I had to work yesterday so today has been my only day off this week so I had to get my Sugar fix lol I have been playing most of the day in between doing housework and laundry etc. And I have managed to do a few challenges and make some cards with my new Sugar Nellie Stamps.

Charity Stamps
I made a card with one of my new Charity Stamps, there is 3 gorgeous images and all proceeds 100% go to the cause of Breast Cancer!!! This is a wonderful thing that Karen is doing and I do hope all of you please show your support for this cause. The stamp I have used here on my card is called It's A Girl Thing and is by Sugar Nellie's In house artist. I have colored her with my copic's and have used the Blossom and circle nestibilites. My papers are from Cloud 9 and the wording is from Simon Says Stamp. The name plate is from SU. I have also added some flat pearls at the top of the card.

Now for my challenge card. This one is for Friday Sketchers this week the sketch is by Jacque. I have used my first Design Team stamps from Sugar Nellie!!! I was so excited when I got my first kit. This is from the Fall Kit. I have colored him in with my copic's and used the oval nestiblites for my image. I added some leave buttons in the corner and also used some raffia ribbon to my card. The punches I used are from SU for my wording and the wording itself is from TAC. The papers are from Cosmo Cricket. I just love these papers.



Now here is another Sugar Nellie image from the Fall Kit and this card is made for Sketch Saturday and Basic Grey Challenges. This sketch was so wonderful to work with. I used papers from BoBunny and my saying is from Magnolia with the SU punch's. I also used my fall cuttlebug embossing folder . My image was colored with my copic's and I used my oval nestibilites for the image. My branch and leaf are punches from MS and I have used a prima flower.

This is one of my Design Team stamps from Sugar Nellie it is one of the Manga Christmas images and oh I so love this cute Manga girl!!! These images are just so wonderful to color. This darling image is called poinsettia, and she has been colored with my copic's. I have used papers from October Afternoon.

I have used the snowflake MS border punch and one of the gorgeous Prima Poinsettia's. The wording is from one of the inkadinkado stamp sets.

And last I have made a card for the challenge at A Spoonful of Sugar the theme this week is a Fall Challenge and so I just had to have a go with one of the other Fall images from my Design Team package from Sugar Nellie. These fall images are just so cute. This has been colored with my copic's and I have used one of the border punches from Fiskars, and my wording is from Whiff of Joy with the punches for that from SU. I have pop dotted the squirrel at the bottom of the page and also added some acorns on the side. This sketch is one that I had saved from the very talented Tiets, I just love all her layers she has on her sketch's and am so grateful that she shares her lovely sketch's. My papers are also from BoBunny. Well I do hope you all have enjoyed my Sugar Fix I got today and would also like to say I am sorry that I haven't gotten around to all your blogs. Still working 6 days a week but hopefully soon we have some temp's coming to help, then I will be able to return to the world of blogging like I use too lol

Blog Candy!!!!!!!!!

How is everyone doing today???? I hope everyone is doing fine. My weekend has been cut really short this week for we had to work yesterday!!! I know and it sure cut in on my crafting time.lol But it has been one busy week chasing every truck we had so I think and really hope and pray they are getting us help now. SO everyone cross your fingers lol

On to my blog candy!!! I try to post candy when I can for my faithful followers, So this time I have done something a little different I see it all over blog land, when there is blog candy man they all come out and most of the time when the candy is over then that is the last time you see there comments or follow you etc. So this time I have took the posts that I have made so far this month and wrote down every one's name that commented on all most all my posts and drew a name from it. I so appreciate these people who leave me comments that follow my blog. I can't express how good it is to come home from a hard days work and see these lovely comments that you leave. So I wanted to do something for these people who faithfully follow me. So I am sending the lucky person these 2 stamps from Magnolia a holic. Tilda with tulips and then the Tulips.

Good day all!! I hope you all are doing great. Today we have another challenge for you over at Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog and we have a lovely sketch by our own Heather. And talk about layers on the card Oh I just love this one.

I have used Lizzie from Whiff of Joy, she has been colored with my copic's and I have added some fun flock to the muffs on her dress and boots. The wording is from WOJ also and I have used some punches from SU on it.
The snowfalkes are from Spellbinders and MS and I have used some Diamond Dust on them. My papers are from BG and I have also used the snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder as one of my layers.

Let It Snow!!!

Good Evening!!! I hope every one's weekend was great. Like I stated in my earlier post I had to work Saturday so my weekend went fast but did manage to get a couple of cards done tonight.

This first one is for the Sugar Bowl and they have a gorgeous sketch by Marlene.
I have used the gorgeous image by Sugar Nellie called Snowflake. I have colored her in with my copic's and have used papers from BoBunny. My snowflakes are from Spellbinders and I have used some Twinklets diamond dust on them. The wording is from SU and my brad snowflakes are just from HL. I have used one of my snowflake charms that a very dear friend sent me and that is my favorite embellishment for Stamp Something this week they are asking us to use our favorite embellishment.
Then here is my Snow Cozy from Sugar Nellie, isn't he adorable??? This card is for the Create4fun challenge this week where Tiets has another gorgeous sketch for us. I so love her sketch's with all the layers. I have used a snowflake punch from McGill. and my wording is from Inkadinkado and the scalloped punch is from SU. I have colored my image in with my copic's and have used some fun flock on the hat and my papers are from BoBunny also.

Well are you getting tired of my card holders yet??? lol I think I am about done with them. lol

The Challenge this week over at Just Magnolia is Embossing!!! I have embossed my retro flowers also and used some SU ribbon along with the MS border punch. The wording is a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp, Just so love these sentiments from there.

Three for the Price of One!!!

Good Evening everyone!!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and all in the USA had a wonderful holiday today!!! I spent most of the day in front of the TV for there was a marathon of my favorite show on all day!!!Criminal Minds!!! Love it!!

But not much crafting in this weekend to show mainly some DT cards but did manage to make a project I needed to get done and it matched 3 challenges. Now how is that!!!
Don't think I could do that again lol

I needed to make a notepad for a friend and so I used MME 29th Street Market papers. And I have used the cutest little Manga girl!!! I just can't get enough of these stamps. She has been colored with my copic's. So I am entering this into the Copic Creations Challenge for FAVORITE COMBINATIONS, which is purple of course I have used,
V91,V93,V95,V99 and BV08,V09,V06,and last N5,N3,N1. So with those colors I have used it gets to be entered into the Creative Inspirations Challenge. Then I used the sketch to Friday Sketchers, didn't get to add a lot of extras to it for the notepad was narrow but I added some ribbon from SU and made a flower with my retro punches and MS branch. I used one of the nestibilites for my Manga girl to sit on.

Well need to get some things done and get ready to go back to work tomorrow, 3 am comes really early. Thanks for stopping bye Big Hugs!!

I have read about the dear young girl that had an accident and Erin is asking for help to shower her with cards. You can read about it on Erin's blog.

I have used Daisy from Sugar Nellie and she has been colored with my copic's and the wording and flowers are from Simon Says Stamp. The punches for the wording is from SU, and the ribbon is just from my stash. I have used the sketch here from Create4Fun such a lovely sketch.

I so wish everyone that reads my blog will also help out to shower this dear girl with cards with her long road to recovery.

Here is my take on the sketch ,and my birthday card for Heidi. I have used one of my Magnolia Fall Stamp Club stamps, Tilda has been colored with my copic's. The papers that I have used are from K&Co love these papers. I have made my flowers with the same papers with my retro punches and the leaf is from SU along with the punches for my wording which is from Simon Says Stamp. The branch's around the flower are from MS. I have added a spacer and brad in the center of the flowers.

I had the most wonderful surprise tonight. There was some little knocks on my door and low and behold there was my 3 other grandkids that I hadn't seen for 8 months. There dad was going through the town I live in so they stopped bye to see me. They sure have grown, the 2 boys are in school and Ashley is 3 now. It sure was good to see them. Just had to show them off.

Sorry I have not been able to blog much lately, work has really been crazy but we are having a holiday Monday so have a few days off. Hope to do some blogging then but do want to thank all my friends for there lovely comments. They sure make my day to read. Will try to get some blog candy coming soon as a big thank you for your lovely comments.

It is time for another Whiff of Joy Challenge and this week we have a wonderful sketch by our very talented Bev. Boy she is sure getting into these sketch's isn't she?? I don't think there is anything this talented lady can't do.

For my card I have used the Dreamy Willow with Flowers from Whiff of Joy !! She has been colored with my copic's and spica glitter pens. My papers are Cosmo Cricket (loving these) and SU. I used the MS border punch for around the image and the Fiskars apron border punch. My wording is from Whiff of Joy and the punches for it are from SU along with one of my punches for my flower the rest is the retro flower punches, McGills leave and MS branch punches.
