Whiff Of Joy Challenge #3

I am so excited to see all the participants at the Whiff Of Joy Challenge Blog. But I knew it would be a great challenge blog with these adorable images.
This week we have a lovely sketch made my Heather.
I colored Charlotte with my copic markers and glazed pens, with glitter on her hat and muff. I matted her on some red cardstock that I stamped with my new Inkadinkado Christmas flourish. I used some prima flowers with the brads and spacers and added some stickles to the edges of the flowers. The wording is from Su along with the punches. All has been distressed with Vintage Ranger Ink.

Kirstie's 1st Field Trip

My oldest granddaughter Kirstie started kindgergarden this year. And Friday she got to go on her first bus ride and on her first field trip. They went to Whipkers Farm Market to the pumkin patch. They had a blast

They all have a ball and she just loves kindergarden!!!! She has learnt so much already. I can't believe my little girl is growing up so fast. She sure hopes the new baby coming is going to be a liitle girl for she wants a sister so bad.

A Spoonful of Sugar

Well it doesn't seem like this should be week 19 already at the Spoonful Of Sugar Challenge Blog, boy time flys by fast. Camilla has done a wonderful sketch this week and I used my Whiff of Joy image for this sketch. I colored her with my copic markers and some spica glitter pens. Isn't these stamps just so adorable??? Don't forget there is a new release of WOJ stamps so make sure you go check it out. You will just have to have them all. I used my Martha Stewart border punch and also the wording stamps and the scalloped punch is from SU. The bell and ribbon is from my stash. And I used glitter for her hat.

Sketch Saturday meets Cute Card Thursday !!

I combined 2 of my challenges this week. I used a Penny Black image for the Cute Card Thursday challenge which was a Christmas Animal, and then I used the gorgeous sketch from Sketch Saturday, I always enjoy the sketch's there and just can't seem to miss them at all.
My image is one of my new stamps from Penny Black that I got at HM Stamps. I colored the cute kitty with my copic markers and then used some glitter for his hat. The sentiment is also from Penny Black and I used some prima flowers and stickles to the center of them.

Penny Black Saturday #17

There is a gorgeous sketch over at Penny Black Saturday this week. I so love sketch challenges. I used the snowman image that my dear friend Jacqui sent me. I used my copic's on the snowmans bag and hat and some glitter on his hat too, the body of the snowman I used fun flock on it not quite sure about the fun flock on him but thought I would try it. The postage die cut behind the snowman is from Debbie's Die Cuts. The stars and poinsettia is from Prima and the snowflake brad is from HL. I also used a snowman charm on the ribbon from Fanciful Inc. The snowflake DP is from my local scrapbook store. I was so thrilled to have my favorite color in snowflake paper.

Boy am I ever late !!!!! I have had such a busy week and forgot to upload my DT card for Lili of the Valley !!! I so apologize. It has just been one of those weeks where everything has went bad but the good news is I just got this afternoon my 2nd great nephew. Brady Allen born at 1:42 he weighed 9.1 and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is a big baby. It was a rough one for the cord was wrapped around his neck but they got him in time. He is adorable.

Okay on to my DT card for Lili of the Valley. I used this cute little girl isn't she so cute??? I added some glitter for the fur and used my SU punch for the wording. I added a crochet flower with a Christmas tree brad in the center and some ribbon. These stamps are just so cute. Make sure you come and check the challenge out. A 2 for 1

I have had such a busy week running I had to get a couple of the challenge put into 1 lol You all know how that is don't you??? Tomorrow I will be gone all day for I go for my final visit to the surgeon in the big city. So wanted to get this done tonight.
This is for Katharina's sketch #12 on Papertake Weekly she always has such wonderful sketchs. I just love this one it is just perfect for my image and get to show off my new snowflakes and favorite color snowflake paper I got at the local scrapbook store. I colored my image in with the copic markers and used some fun flock on the hat. Isn't he just adorable?? Jacqui sent me this gorgeous image and I just so love it. I really love this fun flock it is so soft!!! Here is a close up of the fun flock.



The card is also for the Penny Black Saturday challenge for my stamp is from Penny Black and I choose the winter season. The ribbon is from HL and the wording is a rub on from American traditions.

Marlene's Birthday and blog candy

Marlene is having her birthday the 10th of Oct. Everyone go and wish her a Happy Birthday !!! Her blog is always full of such gorgeous work. I love checking her blog out all the time for her art. Whiff of Joy Challenge #2

I can't tell you enough how excited I have been to see all your gorgeous cards that you all have made for the first challenge of Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog And what a wonderful turn out we had. Thank you all so much!!!

This week on Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog there is a theme. STITCHING!!! It can be any kind of stitching well me I got my sewing machine out that I hadn't used for years lol What a site lol
But for my image I used the Melinda helping angel !!! Isn't she adorable??? I colored her in with my copics and glazed pens and added glamour dust to her wings. I used the spellbinders corner dies and also the ribbon tag die and used the wording stamp from SU. The flowers are Prima flowers with brads and spacers in the middle.

A New Challenge Blog

I found a new challenge blog ladies and I have a lot of there stamps !!! High Hopes has a new challenge blog!! So I made a card for the first challenge. I used the snake with the saying from High Hopes. They just had a new release today too how cool !!!
I colored my image in with the copics and matted it onto a few layers, the theme was to use brads so I added some brads and spacers on the top and bottom both.


I have made a sketch that I used on my card if you would like to use it.

Friday Sketchers#21

There is another wonderful sketch this week over at Friday Sketchers. This week it is by Mumur.
The image is from Sugar Nellie's one of there new Christmas stamps. I colored her in with my copic markers and used some glittler on the top of her hat. I used my SU punch and wording stamps. The papers are ribbon are from my dear friend Claudia see the close up of the ribbon, it is so pretty.



I used some prima flowers with brads and spacers.

Let it Snow!!!!!!!

I had a blast making this card. My image is from Whiff of Joy!!. The paper is so sparkly!!! And such a gorgeous sketch to work with. I have combined a few challenges to this card for they all just seemed to fit. The gorgeous sketch is from the Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog, I just love the sketch's there they are always so wonderful. Then the snowflake charms fit into the theme at A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge. THen the Cute Card Thursday Challenge this week was sparkle. And boy do I have sparkle here lol Both papers are full of sparkle and then I added glitter to the snowballs that Charlie is getting ready to throw.
I used my Martha Stewart Zig Zag punch and some ribbon from Hobby Lobby. The charms are from Fanciful Inc and I used the inchie die cuts from Debbie's Die Cuts.



The papers are so beautiful I got them at my local scrapbook store.

Chipboard Notebook

One of the girls I work with (very young) found out a couple months ago she had breast cancer. Her surgery was Thursday and I had made her a card and this notebook. The picture isn't that good for it was getting late when I took it but I used my Melinda Holding Heart image from Whiff of Joy. I colored her with my copic markers and used glitter on her wings.
. I added some stickles to the prima flowers and the leaves are a the quikut die.

Okay on to my card. I used Melinda blowing kisses and colored her with my copic markers. I used some glitter for her wings and added some purple glitter gel pen in places. I used some Prima flowers with spacers and brads, the leaves are from Quikuts. The wording is a rub on and the paper is from SU.
