Best Friends

Hello all, Today I have my last card to show you as Guest at Anyone for Anya. I would first like to say a big thank you to them for having me, it was so much fun. This week there is a lovely sketch by the very talented Dawny.

My papers I used on my card are from MME, these are some older papers but I don't use them to often for I love them so much lol I have used some peel off stickers in the corners, and added the bosskut flourish with some Prima flowers. The ribbon is some braided ribbon I had in my stash and the wording I am not sure of. My image has been colored with my copic's again, I just don't know what I would do with out the copic's lol I also added some stickles on her necklace.

Sugar Nellie

Morning all!!! Well it is Saturday and I am not at work so it is a wonderful day for me lol

But in a few minutes my little 1 year old grandson will be here to spend some time and keep grandma hopping so no crafting for me today lol

But wanted to show you a couple of cards I done.

This first one is for the Sugar Bowl, there is a great challenge this time, you get to pick your own sketch for the ones they have had in the past. Here I have used Challenge #20. I have used the adorable Daisy from Sugar Nellie. I think she is an all time favorite of everyone.

She has been colored with my copic's and I have used the new papers from BG. Ribbon is from SU and I have used the most gorgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. I just love these flowers and I have another order on the way, they are so addicting that is for sure, so if you have been thinking of getting some I would go NOW!!

My next card is a Easel card for Sugar Nellie's group over at SplitcoastStampers. They have a wonderful challenge going on there and you could win a fab prize, so what are you waiting for , click over there and join in the fun.

I have used one of the Leanne Ellis images called Dreamer for my card from Sugar Nellie, rumor has it there is a new release coming. Oh I can't wait for them. And also Sugar Nellie has a wonderful surprise coming for all of you so make sure you keep stalking the store, you won't be disappointed that is for sure.

My papers for my card are from Cloud 9 and the dreamer is colored with my copic's and spica glitter pens. Roses of course are from Wild Orchid Crafts and I used some bling from BG. The sentiment is from Verve.

Now for my edges on my card. Oh my I got my distress it all in the mail and I so love this , so saves my hand but I think I went a little to deep on the paper but going to take some practice I guess but this is a wonderful tool to have if you love distressing.

So sorry my pic's aren't that great, still pretty dark here this morning but wanted to get it up before the little man gets here.

Thinking of You!!

Happy Friday!!! And being Friday that means it's time for another Just Magnolia challenge. This week there is a lovely sketch by Jane. And I so loved using this sketch, will sure be using it again, thanks Jane.

I have used Tulle Tilda and have colored her with my copic's. My papers are from DCWV. And I used the gorgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, if you all have not got you any of these you don't know what you are missing!!! Go now and order them and you will be as addicted as I am. The sentiment is also from Magnolia. I added a couple of flat pearls in the top.

Hello Sweet Baby

Hello everyone, I am so happy you have stopped bye today to visit.

I wanted to show you a card I finished tonight for the sketch over at Papertake weekly. The sketch is by the lovely Dawny and you all know her sketch's are the bomb!!! I so love working with them. I have used Bubbles here from Sugar Nellie, I just love there baby stamps. I have made this card for one of the guys I work with and his family they are getting ready to have there little baby girl. So I made this card to go with the adorable little outfit I bought.

She is colored with my copic's and I have used some glamour dust on the bubbles, I used the MS border punch. Not sure of the papers for have had them for some time lol But the sentiment is from SU. And these gorgeous flowers well you all know where they come from the one and only Wild Orchid Crafts, there is so many flowers to choose from and so many colors. I know you all have been shopping there if you haven't well you are sure missing out. I think these flowers just set off any card.

Well it is getting late and have an very early work day in a few hours so best hit the hay.

Today I would like to show you my card for the Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog. We have a wonderful sketch for you this week by Bev. And I know you all love her sketch's so hope you all join in.

My card today is from the Store Stamp Kit. Remember you can only get these through your retail store or a online retail store, so I so hope you have found them. If not you can find the retailers on the Whiff of Joy Online Store.

I have colored her with my copic's and my papers are from the new BG line. I am so loving these papers. I have used the new scallop ovals from Spellbinders and I used my retro punches to make my flower and added a BG button in the center, with some flat pearls at the bottom. I finally got the new trellis MS punch and loving this one too, and I used some of the new SU satin ribbon.

Oh so precious

Oh I got me some stamps from the Greeting Farm and I think this little cutie is a doll.

I have colored her with my copic's and spica glitter pens, I used the new BG papers, Oh I just can't get enough of these papers. I used some Satin ribbon from SU and also used the new trellis border punch from MG. The flower is from Prima and I added a pearl button in the center that I got as part of my birthday present from a very dear friend.

This card is the last of my Diane Duda images from Sugar Nellie. I can't express enough how much I just love her images. They are so wonderful to color. This image is called Boys will be Boys. Now this is my 3 grandson lol They are colored with my copic's and I used papers from GCD. The wording I am not for sure about where it came from. I added some SU ribbon and a ribbon slide from my stash. I made this card to the sketch over at Sunday Sketch and Stamp.

Sunday Project!!!

Hello everyone!!! Well it is the last day of the weekend and that means tomorrow back to the slave board lol. But I have had this project on my mind lately and just had to do it.

I saw this on one of the SU blogs awhile back (not for sure which one sorry!) but I covered some chipboard with paper and added a cork board to it. Used the crop a dile to punch some holes at the top and ran some ribbon through it for some extra large eyelets for hanging. I used this adorable Charlotte writing letter from Whiff of Joy and glued her to the cork. I made some flowers with my retro punch and used the SU leaf die. Oh and also cut the word note out of my bosskut alphabet die. Put it all together and added a post it note pad and a couple of T-Pins to post the notes.

I made this for one of my dear friends at work, for tomorrow is her birthday. I so hope she will like it.

It just never ends does it?? My weekends go so fast trying to get all the housework done for I sure don't get much done during the work week.

Oh I have just been bursting at the seam to give you my news and now I can finally do it.

Dawny asked me if I would be a Guest on Anyone For Anya and I took all of a half a second to tell her yes lol I was so excited. Thanks Dawny so much.

My card I have used Dressy Ebony and she has been colored with my copic's. I then cut her with one of the spellbinder dies. The papers I used are from K&Co so love this pack. And I also added a Prima flower using the MS branch and leaf punch. The flourish is from Bosskut and the wording is from SU. So hope you will come and join us over at Anyone For Anya they always have wonderful prizes to give to one lucky person.

Weekend Playtime

Hello!! How is every one's weekend going?? I hope fine. I got most of my housework done and decided to have some play time. lol

My first card I would like to show you is for the color scheme at PaperTake Weekly of Lilac and Yellow and for the sketch over at Friday Sketchers.

I have used one of the new Tilda's and the new Jasmine collection from BoBunny. Now you know I had to have this paper since it was purple lol

Tilda is colored with my copic's and spica glitter pens. I have added some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts and some raffia ribbon. I also punches some branch leaves from the MS punch. I distressed the edges of the paper with Walnut distressed ink.

This card is for Sketch Saturday, I have used one of Diane Duda's images from Sugar Nellie and this little cutie is whipping up some yummy birthday desserts. lol She is also colored with my copic's and I have used the SU ticket punch on the corners and added some brads. The papers are from DCWV from the Sweet collection. I didn't add any embellishments as I wanted the cupcake paper to be seen.


And my last card is from Create4 Fun there is a wonderful sketch for us this week and I used papers from GCD. These cute little elves are from the new line at Sugar Nellie of Mary Hall's. Aren't they cute and having so much fun lol. I added some SU ribbon and buttons.

News Flash!!!

Good day everyone and Happy Friday. I so hope I am not working the weekend!!! Cross your fingers lol

Today over at Just Magnolia we have a challenge for you to make a Easel Card. And what fun they are to make.

I have used Newspaper Tilda here and she has been colored with my copic's. And papers are from BG. I used some flowers and ribbon brads from my stash and used the SU Photo punch in the corner with some brads and spacers . The wording stamp I am so sorry I do not know where it is from but I used the spellbinder label die to cut it out with. And the MS border punch. I also used the bosskut flourish die on the front of my card.

I made the wording on the outside of the front with my Just Rite alphabet. I so forgot I had them lol Going to have to use them more.

I really enjoyed making this,it has been some time since I had made one.

I used some papers from BG and used one of the Birdie Love images, from Whiff Of Joy. She has been colored with my copic's. I added some lace to the front and to the inside and added some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. The sentiment is also from Whiff of Joy and I used one of the Spellbinder dies on it.

Blast Off!!!!!

Well we are all into the work week again!!! Hope every one's week has started out okay.
Tonight I have a card to show you with one of the digital images from Sugar Nellie. This one is called To The Moon!!! I tell you these images of Diane's are so much fun to work with. I have colored him with my copic's and have used some papers from DCWV and they are so glittery. I know you probably can't see it in the picture but I so love these papers. I have added some ribbon and brads from my stash and just computer generated a title.

Spring Fever!!

Hello! I hope everyone is having nice weather today ( a little rainy here) but I would like to wish all my friends in the UK a wonderful Mother's Day!!!

My card I would like to show you today is for the challenge at Anyone for Anya and I have used the sketch from Mojo Monday. I have used papers from DVWV on my card and my adorable Snuggle here has been colored with my copic's. I really didn't add much embellishments to the card for I so loved the paper and didn't want to cover it up lol But added a border from one of the spellbinder dies and added some pearl trim that was in my stash. The challenge over at Anyone for Anya is Spring Fever they want to see bright springy colors lol So check out there challenge I know you all love these cutie Anya's.

Finished Challenges finally

It's me again!! I finally got my cards done so thought I would post them real fast before I head out. It is going to be a busy weekend for me again.

Today I would like to show you a card I made for Anyone for Anya and Papertake Weekly

I have used one of these cute Anya's aren't they cute?? She has been colored with my copic's and I have used papers from MME. The flower is from Wild Orchid Crafts and I used the MS branch and leaf punch. The wording is from SU. Love the sketch Dawny!!!

This card is for Friday Sketchers, there is a lovely sketch there this week by Jacque. I have used one of the Whiff of Joy stamps from the Birdie Love Set. I have used papers here from K&Co. I colored her with my copic's as always and have used my new SU border punch and the MS butterfly punch. I also used the SU sizzix bird die cut out of felt and added an gem for the eye.


This card is for the Super Bowl. This is a sneak peak of one of the new images coming out by Mary Hall over at Sugar Nellie. Isn't this fairy adorable or what??? Start stalking the site for the soon to be release. She has been colored with my copic's also and the added option for the challenge is to add stars. I added a computer generated sentiment for the card.




And last but not least this is another one of the Diane Duda digital images you can get over at Sugar Nellie, I so love her images. You can get these now and no waiting either. This one is called
Can't hear you!!!! I think his title fits him lol I am not for sure of the papers for the writing has done been used but I added some SU ribbon and some music charms to the front of the card and also computer generated the wording and punched out with some SU punches. I have made this card for the sketch over at Create4 Fun.

Good Morning!!! I am so sorry my Just Magnolia card is so late in posting. I have had one bad week and have so much to do. My dear friend here lost her husband this week and have been doing a lot of cooking for her and spending time with her that I just lost track.

I also tried making one of Bev's flowers she done a tutorial on, not for sure if I got it so great but not to bad for a first try. I used the MS branch and leaf and added a pearl brad in the center of it. Bev's sure looks so much better lol.

Sketchy Colors

Good Evening everyone!!! I have a card to show you tonight that I made for Sketchy Colors challenge blog. Sorry for the bad photo but it is evening here and not good lighting.

I used a couple of the images from the 1st stamp kit of 2010 from Whiff Of Joy, this kit is so gorgeous. I colored the images in with my copic's and followed the sketch at Sketchy Colors, I used my MS border punch and I am really not sure where the papers are from.

I so hope every one's week started out okay. Mine was a long one that is for sure. lol

Good Morning all!!! I hope every one's weekend has been a great one so far. I had a busy day yesterday my grandson's 1st birthday party was yesterday it was so much fun. But I tell you one thing he sure doesn't like cake lol Oh what a stinker lol You know how you give them there 1st cake so they can get all messy etc. Oh he wanted no part of it. So funny!!!

Anyway on to my cards. This card is for Sketch Saturday and I have used one of the new Diane Duda digital images from Sugar Nellie. I just love these I so love the way she draws her eyes they are just so adorable. This one is Birthday Fairy and she has been colored with my copic's. I used papers from the Sweet Stack of DCVW and added some stickles around the spellbinder frame. Prima flower with a brad and spacer and then I also used the MS branch punch.

Then this one is for Friday Sketchers. Now this one reminds me so much of 2 of my grandsons.lol

This one is called Best Buds and these are also from the new line of digital of Diane Duda from Sugar Nellie, they also are colored with my copic's and I had some frog 3D embellishments so I just had to put him on there lol I used the zig zag border punch from MS and the wording is from TAC and I used the window punch from SU. Papers are from Daisy D"s.

Well I need to get some more projects done but just wanted to post these cutie's up and make sure you all go check out all the gorgeous ones that Diane has for us at Funky Kits. Remember no waiting on them. Once you start coloring these cutie's you will be hooked lol

Here I have used one of the older Magnolia's colored with my copics and spica glitter pens. I have used papers from K&Co.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts (love these) and I used the L-em branch punch.. The photo corners are a paper punch from EK Success. I also use the butterfly punch from MS and the oval punch I used for the wording is from SU and the wording is from TAC. Brads are from my stash.

Well can't wait to see what you all do at the challenge this was really very easy to do so hope you give it a try.
