`Wishes

Good Evening All.
I am back with a post tonight to show off what I got done today. I thought I would spend some more time in the craft room today before I have to go back to work tomorrow.

My first card is for the sketch over at Create4Fun and also for Belle's and Whistles 1st challenge of making your own flowers. I used one of my new stamps that Elizabeth Bell sent me for winning her blog candy!!! OMG what a package I got in the mail from her. Oh thank you dear I will be playing forever lol This one is called Wishes!!! Isn't it precious???
I have colored it with my copic's and have used papers from BoBunny (so love these) I added a ribbon from my stash and made the bow with my bow easy lol The challenge at Belle's and Whistles was to make your own flowers so I used the SU scalloped punch to make my flower here and added the MS branch and leaf punch to it.
Now this card here is for the sketch over at Sketchy Colors, Now I so loved this sketch with all the layers lol I have used a couple of the images from the new Store kit from Whiff of Joy. I think this Store Kit is just awesome and the sentiments to. I have colored my image with my copic's and used some glamour dust to the beads on the chest. I also added some peel off's to the top corner. The sentiment is also from Whiff of Joy and I used SU punches on it. I also added some Pearl Pen to the sentiment and also to the top of the card. The papers are digi papers I got from Summer Time Designs.
Now my final card for today is for the Sketch over at Anyone for Anya!! Dawny has out done herself again with a wonderful sketch. Just love her sketch's. I have used the gorgeous papers from Bearly Mine Designs. Oh I am so loving these papers. My picture does not do these colors justice. I need to learn to take better pictures . I have used this cute Anya stamp (she loves stamps) lol I added some Prima flowers with the MS branch punch. I left this pretty plain so it wouldn't cover up the gorgeous papers.

Sugar Nellie Candy

I have some Sugar Nellie Candy here for one lucky person along with some Prima Flowers.

I done this last year on my blog and I have seen several do this here lately so thought I would do it again. I think it seems only fair to do this . Birthday Wishes

Hello everyone!!! I am hoping you all have had a wonderful weekend!!! Mine has been just wonderful!!! Plus we are on holiday tomorrow so it is another day off for me ! Yippee!!! I so love holidays that get me out of work lol

I managed to get some play time in today so thought I would show you all what I have done as I have had a nice quiet day here to myself.

This is a card I made for Sunday Sketch and Stamp for there gorgeous sketch they have this week. I have used one of the Morehead images I got awhile back she was begging to be inked up lol I colored her with my copic's and added some of those gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts flowers. I used the MS branch and leaf punch and also the border punch around the card. My sentiment not for sure about. I got this set of clear stamps awhile back and put them in my holder but never kept the wrapping ( I know shame on me)


Now this card is another one begging to get inked up, I bought this several weeks ago from Susana's Custom Arts and Crafts she is from the Elizabeth Bell collection. I have colored her with my copic's and I added some diamond glaze to the windows. The papers OMG are from Bearly Mine Designs. I went a little nuts getting some digi papers and boy am I going to have to stock up on ink for these papers are just beautiful. I used the gorgeous sketch from Sketch and Stash Challenge. I added some ribbon from my stash and some Prima flowers with some Pearl Brads. I used the MS branch punch around the flowers.
Now look at this image isn't' he just so squeezable??? This is one of the older images from Sugar Nellie from the Little Cotton Rabbits collection this is Dexter the Bear. I am so loving going back to using some of the older images. I love them just as much as the newer ones and the gorgeous images just get forgot about lol He has been colored with my copic's and I used some papers from BG. The sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly and I used some SU punches to punch it out. I added some Pearl Pen to the card in a couple of spots. I also added a Prima flower with a pearl brad and used the MS Leaf punch. On this card I used the gorgeous sketch by Dawny at Paper Take Weekly


Now I have a couple of pictures I would like to show you. This is my granddaughter Kirstie this was taken last week at one of her ballgames. She loves playing sports, I was a bad grandma and forgot to take my camera so my daughter took this with her phone and emailed it to me.

Now here is Kirstie again Friday night, she went bowling for her birthday, I guess she done really good her mommy got me a picture lol. Saturday we had her party at Chunkie Cheese!!! Oh yes I was really dreading going for the last time I went it was in the big city and OMG it was a nightmare but this time it was really quite nice, they have one closer to us now and it wasn't in the huge city so not so many was there but all the kids had a great time.

Well that is it for me for the day, I have had a very busy weekend, I was off Friday also and my grandson had been staying with me so Friday we went out and ate and then went and decorated my parents grave, then got all the yard work done. Then Saturday we were at the birthday girls party most of the day and done some shopping lol

My dear grandson will be coming back next week to stay with me for a few weeks to take Drivers Ed. OMG my little boy has grown up to be such a man!! Seems like just a few years ago I was chasing him around lol They so grow up so fast.

Happy Friday !!!! And I am sitting here at my computer desk doing this post lol Yelp I have me a 4 day weekend !!! Yippee!!!!!!! I was so ready for the short vacation. I still have my grandson here with me, he has been here since Tuesday. He has been ill so I brought him here so he would have some peace and quiet lol

Today over at Just Magnolia we have a challenge for you where we want to see Hot & Spicy!!!

I have used one of the older Magnolia’s where Tilda is jumping rope!!! I used Spicy colors from my copic’s to color her and I also used some of the gorgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts along with the MS branch punch.

My papers are from the BG line and I used one of MS border punches and I added some pearl pen to the scallops as well as a few in a couple of the corners.  Then my wording is punched out using some SU punches.

Sugar Nellie Hop

Good Morning Everyone!!
I was so excited when Dena emailed me and asked me to join in a Sugar Nellie Blog Hop with the rest of the team. Her and Judy and Janiel have been doing some hops and was so glad to join in with them.

This week we are using images from the Elizabeth Bell collection from Sugar Nellie.

For my card I used Sitting with Bear.

Isn't she adorable??? I have colored her with my copic's. And I have tried to make the card CAS. So I just added some prima flowers with some heart brads in the center and popped a sentiment up. I also used a pearl pen to some of the corners.

Hello everyone!! Well I am back again this weekend to share another card. This coming Friday is my lovely granddaughters birthday so I made her this card for her special day. This is one of Elizabeth Bell’s digi images. I just love it.You would not believe the detail in this stamp. Gorgeous!!!!

I colored her with my copics and used some papers from DCWV. I saw a sketch that the lovely Bev had made so just had to use it. So love her sketch’s, thanks dear.

I also used the gorgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, loving these blue ones so much, they are two toned. I added some ribbon from my stash and also the MS border and branch punches. And the wording I am afraid I threw the package away so don’t know who this one is from.

I am entering this into the PaperTake Weekly Challenge of Say it with Flowers.

Finally!!!

Hello Everyone!!!
I am finally back with some cards to show!!! I feel like I have been away forever lol
I had such a busy weekend last weekend with my grandson, it was a wonderful weekend but sure never got any crafting done. Then the week was full of long hours working, but the good note is I got on a different line and have a much easier day working now ! YIPPEE

So here is what I have to show you for my weekend fun !!! I had gotten most of my images colored by the weekend so just had to put everything together!!!

First off I have one of the new image from Sugar Nellie of the Mary Hall Collection. This is Miss Tulip!!! Isn't she just precious?? I just love these new images from Mary Hall, they are larger and was such a breeze to color. She was colored with my copic's and I followed the sketch over at Sketch and Stash Challenge. The papers I used are from my new pad from DCWV, and I added a flower from Prima and a pearl brad. I also added some pearl pen to a couple of the corners and I used one of the MS border punches.


Now look at this oldie from Sugar Nellie!!! I so love the animal collection and this one is called Nuts from the Home Grown collection. I used my copic's to color the image and I followed the sketch over at Mojo Monday. I used the MS border punch and also added a small acorn to the image.


Now here is another one of the new images from Mary Hall at Sugar Nellie. I think she is so cute.
She is called Miss Sweet Pea!!! I again colored her with my copic's and used some papers from BG. I used the gorgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and used the MS branch with them and also used the MS border punch. My image is raised with pop dots.
I so hope you all have gotten some of the new images from Mary Hall, you will so enjoy these trust me. I have followed the sketch over at Friday Sketchers.


And here I have one of the new images from the Get Well Collection from Whiff Of Joy. This one is from the Elizabeth Bell Collection. I needed a card for my friend's daughter who just graduated Nursing school so I thought this was just the perfect card for her.

I used the papers from my new pad from DCWV. And used some of the gorgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. The ribbon is from SU. I added some pearl pen to the side of my card and my sentiment I am at lost. Here I used the sketch over at Sketch Saturday and I am also entering this in the challenge Stamp Something as there challenge is 2 of something and I have used 2 of the Gardenia Stem Flowers .

Happy Wednesday everyone!!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and your week is going good so far. I had a fabulous time with my grandson but boy did we work lol But it was such a joy to have him here.

Today I have some cards to show you. I know most of the time I always show you the new images released from Sugar Nellie but today I would like to show you one of the older ones. I love the older images too and they were getting dust on them lol No not really but wanted to remind you all of the older images Sugar Nellie has. This one is To Catch A Big Fish. Isn't he adorable. I used some papers from K&Co and used some fishing embellishments from Colorbok. And of course the image was colored with my copic's.

And now one of the newer images. One from the Manga collection. This reminds me of my grandson for he is always doing sports. I am not for sure of the paper but I used some stickers and adhered them to some chipboard. He is colored with my copic's.
And since today is Wednesday, it is a new challenge over at Whiff of Joy, and the challenge we have for the next 2 weeks is a color challenge, Brown, Yellow and a color of your choice.

I have used Henry here,he looks so sick. The wording is also from Whiff Of Joy. I used a flower from Prima. I do hope you will come and join us this week.

Shadow Box

Good Morning all!!! How has every one's weekend been?? I hope fine. It has been really nice here this weekend, Not cold and not hot just perfect lol
So I got to have my grandson with me this weekend after a long time and boy did we work lol.
We worked in the yard and got it all ready for summer and then yesterday we spent the day painting the porch. It looks so nice. He is such a handy young man. But it was so good to have him here . Today he has to go home but before I take him home we are going to the movies.

So as you can see my crafting time has been very very little this weekend and that means I am really behind lol Oh and I just don't like that lol

But a few weeks ago a friend of mine asked me to make her friend a shadow box of her wedding so this is what I came up with. As you all know my picture taking isn't the greatest so I do hope these look okay. I have got to get lessons or learn how to take photo's good. But I finally put the finishing touches on it this morning. (grandson is still sleeping Lol)

One for the Girls!!!

Yelp!!! This week our theme at Just Magnolia is One for the Girls!!!!
I have used one of the new images from the Stamp kit and have colored Tilda with my copics and spica glitter pens. And my papers are from BoBunny. Loving these. I added a large flower from Prima but then on top of that I added one of the Gardenia Stem Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and added the MS branch punch. My dear friend Kim told me about the Pearl Pens over at Susans Custom Art and Designs and so I just had to give them ago and omg!!! I love them. It looks like you have added some flat pearls to your card. What a great way to add embellishment to your card without trying to find the perfect pearls, you just use the pen to add them to any size you want. The ribbon I used was just from my stash.

Well it is an early weekend for me as I am taking a vacation day tomorrow!! I am really ready for it lol
Well I promised you all a second batch of flowers and here it is. The wonderful Wild Orchid Crafts has some more candy for you but hey it is sugar free so don't worry. lol

My Pride and Joy

Well do you all remember a few days ago I showed you a picture of my oldest grandson going to the prom?? Well my youngest daughter got a picture of him and his girlfriend and sent it to me so I just had to share it with you all. He is so grown up, I remember when he was just a little one. You know they say there is always something special about your first granchild, well that is so true.

Good Day!!!!!! Well it is the first of the week so that means I am back to work. The weekends go so fast!!! But for some good news, I FINALLY got out of the department from *&)(*&()*& !!!!
So my work day isn't real bad now. I am so loving the new line I am on and it is so much easier, especially on an old lady like me lol But the draw back to it is that we go in a hour early so that means 3 am the ol alarm goes off now lol

Anyway on to my card I have today, I have used one of the new images from the Get Well Collection from Whiff of Joy. This one is Willow with the Chicken Soup!!! Oh isn't she just a beauty??? She is colored in with my copic's and I have used papers from BG. The flower is from a tutorial I found over on Julie's blog. So easy, and I used the MS branch punch with it.

I made some pearls with my pearl pens and the sentiment well not for sure on that one but I did use the SU punches for it.

I am going to enter this into the Allsorts Challenge as I have used there gorgeous sketch. Thanks ladies!!!

Happy Mother's Day Everyone!!!

I wanted to pop some cards I made this week up on my blog, before my gang got here lol. Will be quite busy with the little ones roaming around lol But would like to wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day and hope your day is filled with wonderful times.

My first card here is for Sketch Saturday and I have used one of the new Anya's here, she is colored with my copics and I have added some glamour dust to her gloves. I have used the yummy papers from BG, I so love this set of papers.

The border punch is from Martha Stewart and I have added some pearl pen to the centers of each. And the sentiment is from SU and of course these gorgeous flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. (my blog candy is about to expire soon). And under the flowers I have used the MS branch punch.

Here is a notebook I made with one of the new images soon to be released from Sugar Nelllie from the Mary Hall collection. You all are going to love these new images for they are so much larger now. Had a blast coloring these in. I used papers from SEI, the border punch is from MS The metal plate of wording is from Making Memories and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, along with the leaf and branch punch from McGill and Lem. I have added some pearl pens to lots of places on the book. I followed the sketch over at Create4Fun Challenge Blog

And look at this one, I have searched high and low for these images of Morehead and finally found them with the help of my dear friend Bev so I just got them yesterday and had to ink one of them up. Isn't she a doll??? I have used papers from BoBunny and followed the sketch over at Paper Take Weekly. She is colored with my copics and I have added some pearl brads that my dear friend Bev got me for my birthday last month. Thanks sweetie. The sentiment is from Whiff Of Joy.

Now another sneak peak of the Mary Hall collection from Sugar Nellie. I just love this one with the Sunflower, Oh she is so cute. My photo didn't turn out well for my papers are kind of glossy. But here I followed the sketch over at The Sugar Bowl. I colored her with my copic's and added a flower from Prima with the LEM punch. I have a lace doily behind the image and added some pearl pen to the card. Taking some getting use to with these pens but once I get it I am going to love them.
