Some more play time

Oh this is my last vacation day !!!! So sad !!!!

But wanted to show you a couple more projects I got done while I was off. I have one more to finish and that will be it on my play time for awhile.

I made some little notepads out of chipboard with my bind it all.

The one on the left  is Winter Wonderland from Sylvia Zet images for Susana’s Custom Art and Cards. I used my copic’s to color the image. I think just about everything on this notepad came from Susana’s. These adorable poinsettia's, Satine Mother of Pearl Paint, Hologram Glitter Pen, Glamour dust, Glamour dust glitter paint and Bo Bunny Papers.

The notepad on the left is Christmas Dance from Lily Of The Valley. I am not for sure the paper on this pad for it was from my stash. My image has been colored with Prisma Pencils and the flourish if from Bosskut. The flower is from Prima. Both pads have a peel off for the sentiment.

Then I made a few Halloween bags for the grandkids. The image is from Krista Smith.

Dies are from Cottage Cutz, Magnolia, and Sizzix.

Musical Christmas

Happy Weekend Everyone !!!

Well I had to work today so I do hope this post went off as scheduled.

I have a few cards to show you today

First I would like  to show you another one of the newest releases from Lily Of The Valley. This one is called Musical Christmas !!!

They have been colored with my copic’s and I used the sentiment from the Christmas Greetings at Lily Of The Valley.

The papers I used are from The Paper Studio and I have used a bosskut flourish die and some photo hangers from Close to my Heart.

Second I have my Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog project.

I have made a notepad with my Bind it all and  have used this adorable Tilda and she has been colored with my copic’s.

I have used lots of Glamour dust on her and the tree and I have used a tutorial from Bev to add twinklets to my poinsettia.

The papers are from K&Co

Bev has a wonderful sketch for you all over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog so make sure you come and join us this week. I know you all love her sketch’s.

The sentiment I have used is from a set from Verve.

Last I have another new image from Lily Of The Valley called Little Ivy

The sentiment is from Lily of The Valley also from the Christmas Greetings.

Colored with my copic’s and I have used glamour dust on her.

These gorgeous papers are from Nitwit and I just can’t stop using these for my Christmas cards for I so love purple  and these papers are just gorgeous.

I have used a MS border punch and a Spellbinders corner die along with the Magnolia flourish.

The purple poinsettia is from Prima

Happy Friday to you all !!!
Well we all wanted summer and now we have it. How many is already wanting winter?? lol It sure is a hot one.

Today I am back with a new challenge over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog where my teamie Jane has made a sketch for us. I really enjoyed using the sketch and will be using it again that is for sure.

I have used this cute Magnolia and she has been colored with my copic’s and I have used some glamour dust on her also.

The lace I got at Joann’s awhile back and these flowers are none other than from Wild Orchid Crafts. I used a Nellie Snellen leaf punch and I also used a bosskut flourish.

These beautiful papers are from K&Co and I am about out of this pad and I so love it.

Shabby Chic

It’s Friday and we have a new challenge up over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog. And we would like to see you make something in Shabby Chic.

I have used Tilda here and she has been colored with my copic’s and have added some glamour dust to her wings and flowers. My papers are from Tim Holtz and I have distressed them with some white paint. The flourish is from Bosskuts and I have added some flat pearls to my card.

This gorgeous lace is from Really Reasonable Ribbon and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts along with the Nellie Snellen leaf punch.

Good day to you all !!! Well it is the weekend !!! Hooray !!!

I have a card for the new challenge over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog. My dear teamie Michelle has picked the challenge of Paper Piecing.

Oh this was so much fun I really enjoyed doing this , it had been some time since I had done this.

I have chosen this adorable Hanglar image that I got from a very dear sweet friend. I have used papers from MME on her outfit and clothes and the rest was colored in with my copic’s. I used some stamps from Inkadinkado for the wording in the corners and I also used a bosskut flourish. Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts  and the ribbon I used was just from my stash.

I do hope you come and join us for our new challenge. I am telling  you this was a blast to do so I know you are going to enjoy the challenge as much as I did.

Punch It

Good Day dear friends !!!

Well I am back today to show you a card for the new Lily Of The Valley Challenge Blog . The challenge this week is Punch It !! We would like to see you use your punches and dies on your project.  Today I am using this adorable cutie New Hat !! I just love this image so much. I have colored her with my copic’s and I have used papers that a very dear friend sent me from Papermania ( my favorite color) So for my punching I used the ticket punch from SU on my image corners, I punched my flower from the paper pack I used and with punches from McGill. I also punched the photo corners from a punch from SU also, I added some flat pearls to the corners and then I used a die for my flourish from Bosskut. The leaf is also a punch from Nellie Snellen. So I think I have the punching on this card lol

It’s Raining !!!

Hello dear friends. Thanks so much for stopping bye today and visiting me. I so trust everyone had a wonderful Easter!!

This card sure fits how the weather here is . It has been raining all week and we have flood warnings out. The poor kiddies  had to hunt eggs inside. lol

My card today features this adorable Bildmalarna image  and I have colored her with my copic’s.  The papers I used are from K&Co and I used some flat pearls on my card and some brads and spacers around my image. The ribbon is some seam binding from The Ribbon Girl .  And I added a button to the top with some bakers twine. The flower is made from Tulle and Crinoline and I used some SU reinkers to make it pink. Then added a pearl brad in the center.  The leaf is from a bosskut die.

I am entering this card into a couple of challenges.

It’s Raining Birthdays !!

Hello dear blogging friends !!! Well it is Monday and that means I am back at work and so hoping this post goes off.

I have some more images from Sugar Nellie to show you. These are from the Mary Hall Collections and they are getting ready for these rainy days we are having aren’t they??  This one is called Splish Splash and he is available now over at Funky Kits. I have used some BG papers and colored him with my copic’s. I used the SU ticket punch and added some brads and spacers . The sentiment is from Whiff Of Joy and I have used another SU punch for it.

Now this cutie is also from Mary Hall’s collection at Sugar Nellie  and she is called Ella’s Umbrella. These images was so much fun to color and very easy too. I used some papers from K&Co and a bosskut flourish and some prima flowers with some spacers in the center. The wording is from High Hopes.

Doing the Happy Dance !! It’s Friday. So that means another challenge over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog. This is the first of the month so it is anything goes and this time the option is Glitter. I do hope you all will come and join us.

I have used this adorable Hanglar image and she has been colored with my copic’s. I have used glitter on my image on her bows and socks and the flower.

The sentiment (the deformed one ) is from Magnolia and I have used a couple of SU punches for it. The papers are also SU and I have used some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and the MS branch with a bosskut leaf die. The ribbon is from my stash and I added some flat pearls to the bottom.

A week’s work of play time.

 

Hello my dear friends!!! How is everyone’s weekend going?? I do hope you all are enjoying it. I have another quiet weekend with my grandson gone to his mom’s so I finished some cards I had been working on this week.

First I have this adorable Mimosa image from Bildmalarna I tell  you these images are so darling. I have colored her with my copic’s and have used some papers from BG. I used the SU ticket punch for the edges of the image and added some spacers and brads. I then had this chipboard wording so thought it looked pretty good. Then this adorable ribbon !!!!!!!! OMG I got my package from The Ribbon Girl that I won and I tell you what folks this ribbon is awesome.  I am so loving it and have used my ribbon on several cards I have made. I am defiantly going to be getting me some more of this gorgeous ribbon that is for sure. I also added a BG button to the front of the bow.

Now my next card is an adorable Lily Of The Valley image. Aren’t these girls such cutie pies?? She has been colored with my copics and I added some glamour dust to her necklace. Again I have used some of the gorgeous ribbon from The Ribbon Girl  this one is the seam binding and it is so yummy my papers are from The Paper Studio . I added some sizzix photo corners and I used the sketch over at Create 4 Fun Challenge Blog. And the theme over at Lily Of The Valley Challenge Blog is to have circles on your card.  Then I also made this for another challenge where there is a color challenge. Over at The Ribbon Girl Challenge Blog the theme is to use the colors Pink, Brown and Cream. I think this fits fine and with this adorable ribbon of theirs I just had to enter it.

Now look at this Simply Adorable !!!!!! Oh I had so much fun doing this card. It has been a long time since I made my own background papers and so had a blast. I have used Verity from Sugar Nellie here. I used the wording from Verve and some spellbinder dies.  I am entering this card into the Everybody’s Art Challenge for there gorgeous sketch.

My next card is called Call Me from Sugar Nellie and is available over at Funky Kits. She has been colored with my copic’s also. The papers are from K&Co and I have again used some of the delicious ribbon from The Ribbon Girl oh this was so easy to work with also, Loving it and thanks so much ladies. Make sure you all check out there store you will so be filling  your cart up lol I used a bosskut leaf die and added some flowers from Maya Road. I then added some flat bling to the corner. I am entering this card into the challenge over at PaperTake Weekly Challenge Blog where there is a gorgeous sketch by Dawny.

My last card to show you today is for the Challenge over at Stempelenmaleins Challenge Blog where there is a wonderful sketch to follow. I have used one of my new stamps from Sugar Nellie from the Leanne Ellis collection called If Only !!! Isn’t she a doll ??? She is also available now over at Funky Kits. She has been colored with my copic’s and I have used some papers from  SU. The flowers are from Prima and I added a flat pearl to the center of them and used the LEM leaf punch. The wording is from High Hopes.

I played almost all weekend.

Well I am having some major issues trying to upload this post so am trying to type it all up again.

I spent all weekend most playing. Dyllon was at his mom’s and my Design Team package finally came from Sugar Nellie it had gotten lost but finally made it so I wanted to get caught up on some of them so used some challenges to get some inspiration.

This first card was really hard for me to do for I made it for a dear friend of mine that just found out she has 2 months to live. She has cancer and had been fighting it for awhile but now the hope is all gone. So this was really hard to use but I used this gorgeous image from Sugar Nellie  she is called Grace and I colored her with my copic’s. Papers are from Cloud 9  I used a sentiment from Lily Of The Valley and the flowers are from Prima and Wild Orchid Crafts with the MS branch punch. I used the sketch over at Fun with Shapes Challenge Blog for there gorgeous sketch and Creative Inspiration for there theme of Plain and Simple.

Now this is one of those darling images from Bildmalarna and I won 2 images from the last challenge I was on cloud nine. I so love these cuties. This is Mimo and I have colored him with my copic’s and have used a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp.  The papers are from MME and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts  I used a swirl bling  and a Maya Road pin on the card also. I used the theme over at 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog

 

Now look at this darling this one is Best Witches from Sugar Nellie from the Simply Sassy collection. I have colored her with my copic’s and have used the sketch over at Basic Grey Challenge Blog  and have used the papers Urban Prairie. Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the leaf is from Magnolia. The sentiment is from Lily Of The Valley and flowers are by Prima along with the MS branch punch, ribbon is from my stash.

 

Now here is a card I made with the sketch over at Create 4 Fun Challenge Blog I also am entering this into the challenge at Color Create for the colors are Red, Brown and Cream, and also for Paper Sundaes Challenge which is to use masculine colors. I used another image from Sugar Nellie from the Simply Sassy collection called Skater Girl. I used papers from Cloud 9 and the sentiment is from High Hopes  and I used some punches from SU for it . Flowers are from Prima and I used a swirl from Bosskut .  I added some Pearl Pen for some bling at the top corner.

Another Simply Sassy from Sugar Nellie she is called Windswept. Here I have used some papers from K and Co  and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts  with the MS branch punch. The sentiment is from Lily Of The Valley and I have used the beautiful sketch over at Friday Sketchers. She has also been colored with my copic’s.

Oh and I am so in love with this adorable Donald from Sugar Nellie. He is from the Home Grown collection and he just makes me want to squeeze him. I have used some papers from K and Co and Donald has been colored with copic’s. I used some ribbon from my stash and a spellbinder die with a High Hopes sentiment.  I used the sketch over at Sketch Saturday for this card.

Now for my last project I used one of the new images from Leanne Ellis over at Sugar Nellie and have used an effects technique from Nancy Curry to make a coaster.  I used all kinds of household goods to make this  coaster. I did use some alcohol inks with it and colored the edges with a Gold Leafing Pen that you can see in the next picture and added some felt under it.

Busy Day

Hello dear friends !!! Boy did I have a productive weekend. lol I got all the chores done yesterday and so I sat and colored some images and today got to play. It felt real good to enjoy myself again lol

 

I have made some cards for some challenges. My first card is this gorgeous Bildmarlena.  Oh this are just gorgeous images. I made this card for the beautiful sketch over at Create4Fun Challenge Blog and then for Paper Sundaes Challenge Blog the theme is Valentines day.  Papers I used were from BG and I used a MS punch around the page for my background paper. I added a die from Spellbinders for the corner photo and then I cute a heart out and added some glitter to it. I then used the SU sentiment and punched it out with a SU scalloped punch. This adorable image was colored with my copics. I lam going to send this to my granddaughter for Valentines Day. She loves these images too.

 

My next card is one of the Hanglar Fairy images that a dear friend sent me. SWAK dear. I also used BG papers on this one along with another heart I cut out and used the SU sentiment on and the ribbon is also from SU. I used one of the MS border punches. I didn’t do to much to this card as I don’t think my grandson would like it to girly lol  I have used the beautiful sketch over at Sunday Sketch and Stamp Challenge Blog  and also for Sketchy Colors Challenge Blog as the them there is a color challenge of Brown, blue and white.

Told you I have been busy lol My next card is another one of this cute Hanglar Fairy Images and she has been colored with my copics. I used the beautiful sketch over at Friday Sketchers  and also for the lovely Hanglar Challenge Blog where the theme is Spring Colors. My papers are from BoBunny and I have used a bosskut flourish with some flat pearls and added the MS butterfly and added some flat pearls to it also. The sentiment is from Lily Of The Valley.

I used a MS border punch on the bottom and added some ribbon from my stash.

My last card is for a new challenge I found while surfing today and they have a gorgeous sketch with a recipe of flowers, ribbon, and buttons. This is for the Stempel Magie Challenge Blog. You all need to check this blog out. Looks awesome. I have used one of my new Magnolia’s and again the papers are from BG. She has been colored with my copics . The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon is from SU. I have used some SU punches for the sentiment which I am not for sure where it came from . Sorry!! The branch is from MS and I have used a button that was in my stash.

Happy Saturday!!!! Well I have one more day before I start back up to the work force. I am ready but yet I’m not. lol But the last few days are really flying bye.

 

Today I have a card to show you that I made for a few challenges. The sketch is from Friday Sketchers, Just Magnolia is My Favorite Things, Color Create is the colors Pink, Blue, Cream and Grey, then I have also used the challenge over at Stamp Something as anything goes.

I so love this sketch over at Friday Sketchers and my favorite things are my bosskut flourish and my always used MS branch and of course the gorgeous Hanglar image.

I have used papers from K&Co and have colored this cute Hanglar with my copic’s. The wording and punches are from SU and I have used one of the newer Spellbinder dies. I have used a Prima flower with a button center (love these) I added some pearl pen to the flourish.

Notes

Hello dear friends !!! Hope you all are doing well. Oh I woke up to tons of snow today !!!! School has been cancelled and it is still coming down. Now this kind of snow I don’t mind a bit as long as I don’t have to get out in it lol So lucky for me I am still off work.

 

Yesterday I found this clipboard I have had for sometime so decided to do something with it. It already had this design on it and was really hard to find some papers to go with, not your perfect match that is for sure but it will do.

I made a little box for the front of it to add a notepad covered it with some DCWV papers and  used some Bosskut dies to spell out Notes. I added a Prima flower with the MS branch punch. Then this cute little hanglar  image that was sent to me. So loving these cuties. She has been colored with my copic’s and I adhered her with some pop dots.

 

Now the notebook inside I just covered with the same papers and added a ribbon. The pen holder at the top (now I just noticed I forgot to put the pen in lol) but I made this holder from a clothespin and just covered it with some paper and some Prima flowers.

 

Now here is a close up of the little box I attached.

 

Well you all have a wonderful day. I don’t know what is in store for me today but am going to try to make the most of the rest of my time off.

Happy 16th !!

Long time here for me !!! I have been so swamped at work that it has but my crafting on the back burner. We have started up new models at work and this time of year is very busy for us. I leave in the dark and get home in the dark. But as of today I am on Christmas Vacation. The factory starts back up the 3rd but since I am having my surgery Tuesday I get some extra time off. GHEEZZ what a way to spend my vacation. Oh well it has to be done.

 

I am a little behind in my images for the new release over at Funky Kits for the new images by Krista at Sugar Nellie so I got a card made for my grandson. He is going to be the big 16 next month, and thought this was the perfect image to use for his card.  The image is called Number #1 Fan. Don’t you just love those eyes? I told you on release that these would be a huge sell out and they were but I know Karen got more in so if you didn’t get them the 1st time around go grab them now.

 

I have colored him with my copic’s and used a chipboard star and added a cut out 16 and added some stickles to it. The doily is a Marianne die that a very sweet dear lady sent me. I just love this die.

Hello Everyone !! I have a couple of images to show you from the new collection at Funky Kits these are the adorable Country Cousins.

I have made this notebook very simple for my granddaughters love to have notepads in there little purses so this way all the embellishments won’t get torn off.  I got the notepad at Joann’s for just a buck. Good bargain lol  This one is called Art from the heart!!!
