Hello my dear friends!!! How is everyone’s weekend going?? I do hope you all are enjoying it. I have another quiet weekend with my grandson gone to his mom’s so I finished some cards I had been working on this week.
First I have this adorable Mimosa image from Bildmalarna I tell you these images are so darling. I have colored her with my copic’s and have used some papers from BG. I used the SU ticket punch for the edges of the image and added some spacers and brads. I then had this chipboard wording so thought it looked pretty good. Then this adorable ribbon !!!!!!!! OMG I got my package from The Ribbon Girl that I won and I tell you what folks this ribbon is awesome. I am so loving it and have used my ribbon on several cards I have made. I am defiantly going to be getting me some more of this gorgeous ribbon that is for sure. I also added a BG button to the front of the bow.
Now my next card is an adorable Lily Of The Valley image. Aren’t these girls such cutie pies?? She has been colored with my copics and I added some glamour dust to her necklace. Again I have used some of the gorgeous ribbon from The Ribbon Girl this one is the seam binding and it is so yummy my papers are from The Paper Studio . I added some sizzix photo corners and I used the sketch over at Create 4 Fun Challenge Blog. And the theme over at Lily Of The Valley Challenge Blog is to have circles on your card. Then I also made this for another challenge where there is a color challenge. Over at The Ribbon Girl Challenge Blog the theme is to use the colors Pink, Brown and Cream. I think this fits fine and with this adorable ribbon of theirs I just had to enter it.
Now look at this Simply Adorable !!!!!! Oh I had so much fun doing this card. It has been a long time since I made my own background papers and so had a blast. I have used Verity from Sugar Nellie here. I used the wording from Verve and some spellbinder dies. I am entering this card into the Everybody’s Art Challenge for there gorgeous sketch.
My next card is called Call Me from Sugar Nellie and is available over at Funky Kits. She has been colored with my copic’s also. The papers are from K&Co and I have again used some of the delicious ribbon from The Ribbon Girl oh this was so easy to work with also, Loving it and thanks so much ladies. Make sure you all check out there store you will so be filling your cart up lol I used a bosskut leaf die and added some flowers from Maya Road. I then added some flat bling to the corner. I am entering this card into the challenge over at PaperTake Weekly Challenge Blog where there is a gorgeous sketch by Dawny.
My last card to show you today is for the Challenge over at Stempelenmaleins Challenge Blog where there is a wonderful sketch to follow. I have used one of my new stamps from Sugar Nellie from the Leanne Ellis collection called If Only !!! Isn’t she a doll ??? She is also available now over at Funky Kits. She has been colored with my copic’s and I have used some papers from SU. The flowers are from Prima and I added a flat pearl to the center of them and used the LEM leaf punch. The wording is from High Hopes.
Well that is it for me tonight. Sorry it took me so long to get my post done for the week. I just run out of time of an evening after work. I hope to be back tomorrow with some of my new stamps from Sugar Nellie that I got this week. They are yummy. See you then and am sending you all Big Hugs (((((((()))))))

Oh you have been super busy again!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't pick a favourite from these..the Bildmalarna Mimosa is such a lovely image, I adore LOTV and the colour combo is gorgeous. Extra points for making your own papers and fab colours too. I love the Sassy card! And the Leanne Ellis one is simply stunning. See, I can't pick a favourite, they're are beautiful.
Love & hugs

I love green - & Mimosa is a stunner the way you have coloured her. I love your double matting with the inverted corner rounder & I just sat looking at this drinking it all in.
ReplyDeleteThe way you've used the pattern of the paper in the LOTV card is just amazing. As for Verity - different yet again & amazing backing papers, I particularly like how you've used the image straight onto the paper without colouring her & then used the very similar background paper with the gold added. The way you've used the pearls is very effective too.
Now before I lose this comment.............PEP
Call Me is so thoughtful I like the way your bosskut leaf echoes the shape of the leaves in the image. those flowers are as unusual as the image & the large bow really suits her - this is just utterly different again.
ReplyDeleteNow to the Leanne Ellis - that was such a close contender for my favourite - the papers are so in keeping with the historical feel of the image & I love your shading on her clothing. Those branches pick out the filigree of the frame around the image as does the small dark panel top right.
Quit a stunner.
You are amazingly productive - do take care of yourself. You give much joy to others.
Much love
Paula (PEP)
