New Sugar Nellie Images

Good Morning All !!! Seems like evening to me. This Old Gal got up with the chickens this morning I just couldn’t sleep so thought what better way to occupy my time than playing in the stamp room.

I used some of my new Sugar Nellie images that I got this week and they are all available over at Funky Kits to buy now so I know you are going to love them so go check them out lol

My first card is for the Sketch N Stash Challenge Blog  where there is a beautiful sketch to follow. My ol so neglected items that i have used are my papers and my sentiment. The papers are from Moxxie I got years ago at my local scrap store and the sentiment is from Alota. I have used the cutie Cow Girl from Sugar Nellie and she has been colored with my copic’s.  I used some of the gorgeous ribbon I got from The Ribbon Girl Oh so delicious and used a ribbon holder in the center of it. I also used some button brads I had in my stash along with some charms I had in my stash. I am also entering this into the challenge over at Paper Sundaes where the challenge is to use a metal charm.

My next image is from the Home Grown collection also from Sugar Nellie. Isn’t he a cutie. Now I am scared to death of dogs but this one is okay lol

He is colored with my copic’s and I have used some papers from Cosmo Cricket and added some spacers and brads along with some raffia ribbon. The sketch I used is from Friday Sketchers.

My last card is from the collection of Mary Hall over at Sugar Nellie. She is called Sweet Dreams. She also is colored with my copic’s and I have used a sentiment from High Hopes and added some bling to the card and the papers are from SU. The sketch I used is from the Sugar Bowl I hope you all will join the girls there and go check out there gorgeous cards they made.

Friday Sketchers#25

Claudia has done the sketch this week for Friday Sketchers. Thanks Claudia for a great sketch. I had fun doing this one. I used one of the Alota Christmas Images. Just love these little bugs. I colored them with my copic markers and added some glitter on them and also used my spica glitter pens too. I used some peel offs for the wording and the corner dies is from Sizzix. The flowers are from Prima and I just added some ribbon towards the bottom.

Spoonful Of Sugar #12

This is such a awesome challenge this week over at Spoon Ful Of Sugar. It was to make a card using a hidden message. I got the idea for my card from Jacqui, she had sent me this gorgeous card and so I thought I would use the idea to make my card for the challenge. I used some paper I got at the Scrap a Holic store and added some prima flowers and some ribbon to the bottom of the flap. I colored my image in with copic markers and added some touches with my glazed pens, and of course the gorgeous stamp is from Sugar Nellie. Elizabeth has some gorgeous images. The inside wording is from Alota

In the House

Cute Card Thursday this week has a awesome theme. In the house!!! So I used my Alota image colored it with my copics and used my glazed pens, I distressed the edges with vintage distressed ink from Ranger and used there alcohol inks to the back of the button and used stazon to stamp my image on the front. I used my Martha Stewart zig zag punch and some SU ribbon.

More Play Time!!!

Well I have some cards in the works from today but have only finished 2 of them so thought I would go ahead and post them. Tilda is colored with my copic markers and also used my glazed pens on the flowers. I distressed the edges of the paper with Vintage Distressed Ink from Ranger. I used one of my new prima flowers that my dear friend Claudia sent me. Aren't they gorgeous ?? I added some tag corners that my friend Debbie sent me. I thought they looked really good on this card.

Alota !!! This card is also colored with my copic markers and added the small frame from Debbie's Die Cuts. I love using her dies on my cards. Debbie is having a sale going on right now so make sure you check it out you will just love these dies. I added some Prima flowers with some stickles and I also distressed the edges of this card too. I love the distressed look I have always loved vintage and always made vintage cards till I started finding these cute stamps, now I am hooked !!!!

Play Time & Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge

I got some more play time in last night and finished my cards today. I am having so much fun being off work and playing. Even though I should be cleaning lol But I would like to show you some cards I finished today. All of the PP I used is from SU I just love there paper. The one with the hanglar girl, I cased the window scene from my friend Claudia I just thought the way she done her window was just adorable so I had to give it a try. I colored it in with my copics. The window and window scene is from Alota, and I am so loving these stamps. I used the fiskars weaving punch and the nestabilites dies and the word stamp is from SU. I made this card for the challenge over at Spoonful Of Sugar Challenge this weeks challenge was to make a girl card.

The Alota Bugs !!!!!!! Oh aren't they darling. The purple one I colored with the copics and added some stickles to the inside of the flowers and oh look at my gorgeous purple flower. Isn't that the cutest flowers? Claudia sent them to me and I am so excited about them. They are the new prima flowers. I also used the scroll from Debbie's Die Cuts and I used the ticket stamp from Autumn Leaves. I chalked the background with some blue and violet.

The mailbox Alota Bugs!!!! These are just to cute. I coclored them with the copics and used my glazed pens in some of the flowers, the prima flowers have stickles in the center of them and I used the SU circle punch for 2 of the sides with some prima flowers and brads, then I used the Name Plate from Debbie's Die Cuts with some flowers brads.

I received some cute adorable images from Jacqui and just had to color them. These cute little stamps are adorable. I colored them with my copics and added some diamond glaze to the flowers. I used some stickles on there wings and colored the sky with chalk. I also used my cuttlebug embossing folders to some of the papers. I am off this week on shut down so get to play lol YIPPEE !!!!!

Challenge Time!

I had to combine a couple of challenges this week things are really hectic here but For Friday Sketchers#9 there was a sketch and Cute Card Thursday #17 the theme was Outdoors. I used some paper from Basic Grey and SU and I used the stamp from Alota. Isn't this just the cutest stamps?? I also colored the image with my copics and added some Diamond Glaze to the strawberries. So you all go and check out the challenges for this week they are awesome.

NO PATTERNED PAPER ( OH NO)

This week at Cute Card Thursday the challenge was to make a card with No Patterned Paper !!!!! Now this was one hard one for me !!! But this is what I came up with. I used one of those cute little girls from Alota Stamps and colored her in with my copic markers. I cut the front top half of the card off and added some lighter paper and ran it through the cuttlebug embossing folder. I added a darker color behind it. Used a couple of eyelets on the bottom right corner and ran some ribbon through it. I added some Prima flowers with brads and stamped out some punches from SU and added one of there birthday sayings on it. Man what a hard challenge but I gotter done lol

Happy 4th !!!!!!

Well the 4th of July is coming upon us really fast so I took one of Debbie's Die Cuts the gift bag and covered it with some flag paper and I colored in the Alota USA bugs with my copic markers cut them out and used some pop dots to adhere them to the bag. I also took one of Debbie's Die Cuts the star and stamped the SU 4th of July saying the ribbon is also from SU. Make sure you check out all of Debbie's Die Cuts they are really so much fun to work with.

Cute Card Thursday #14

This week's theme on Cute Card Thursday is to use 3 different types of embellishments. I used prima flowers, eyelets and photo corners and on the flowers I added some ittle rhinestones.
The stamps are from Alota and these stamps are just so precious !!! I just love them. I colored them with my copic markers.

This week at Cute Card Thursday Katharina has another sketch for us. They have some awesome Eye Candy there to offer to so make sure you check out the challenge. I used one of my new stamps from Alota Aren't these the cutest little things?? My friend Claudia told me about them. I used the copic markers to color her in. And some Prima flowers and some ribbon I found at Target in the $ section lol.
