Fa la la la la


Good Morning!! I hope everyone is having a great week so far. Me I will be glad to get to the end of the week lol I had to work last weekend so I am really behind on things.

Over at the Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog we have a color combo for you. Red, Cream and a color of your choice.
I have used this cute Charlotte singing, she has been colored with my copic's and I used some flower soft for the fur on her hat. My papers are from BG and my punches for the wording is from SU. I used my poinsetta die from spellbinders and I am not real happy with the flower lol Looks a little deformed lol

Celebrate the Season!



Good Evening everyone!!! Well in my last post I hoped I never had to work the weekend but that didn’t happen. Yelp you got it right I had to work the weekend. So not much free time for me .
I did manage to get me a challenge card made for the Sugar Bowl. I have used one of my Sugar Nellie DT stamps. It is called Winter Wonderland. Just a gorgeous image isn’t it?? She has been colored with my copic’s and I have used papers from Cosmo Cricket.
I have added some fun flock to her fur on her coat and I used the MS snowflake border punch and my snowflakes are from punches from MS and McGill. My snowflake charm is from a very good friend of mine. Thank you so much dear.The wording is from SU and the ribbon is from my stash.

Today at Just Magnolia we have a sketch challenge for you by the talented Martine!!!
I have used on of the Yummy in your Tummy images from Magnolia. Tilda has been colored in with my copic's. I have used the retro flower punches along with some brads and spacers in the center, with the MS branch punch. The larger flower has an SU button in the center. My wording is from SU along with the button , modern label punch and window punch, and my papers is also from SU. The ribbon is from my stash.

A Little Something


Good Day All!!! It is Wednesday again and that means another Whiff Of Joy Challenge!!!
This week there is a sketch by Heather and I so enjoyed this sketch went together so easy!!

I have used Willow holding Toddler from Whiff of Joy and have colored it in with my copic's.
I have used one of MS border punches and my retro flower punches, I added an pacifier charm hanging from the flower in the center with the brad and spacer.

My papers are from SU and so is the sentiment and the punches I used for the sentiment. Nestibilites were used for the circles and the ribbons was from my stash.

Friends!!!


Good Evening!!!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!! I know they go so fast for me, so dont' enjoy Mondays having to go back to work after having the weekend off lol

I just had to ink up one of the other new rubba I got from my Sugar Nellie DT kit. It is called Rainy Days by Mary Hall. Isn't it so adorable??? This images was just so easy to color,I used my copic's and some BG paper. The embellishments were from my stash.

Keep an eye out over at Funky Kits for the new Leanne Ellis Christmas stamps are going to be released by the end of the month. Oh the images are so gorgeous check out the Sugar Nellie blog to see the sneak peaks. And these new Mary Hall images are already to order.

Sugar Nellie Project!!!!!!!


I hope everyone is enjoying there weekend. I got some free time this evening to make this project for my Sugar Nellie DT. I found the tutorial over at Kirsten's Blog I had seen so many of these and just had to try it. I really had fun doing it, I thought it was going to be really hard but after getting started I so enjoyed it.

I have used Santa's Little helper by Sugar Nellie. She has been colored with my Copic's and I used some flower soft for the fur on her coat. I used one of the circle nestiblities and from SU I used the ticket punch and also my wording and the punches for it are from SU. I used some Paper roses I had in my stash and used the MS branch punch along with the bosskut leaves. The ribbon is just from my stash.

Here is a top view showing a 3 of the drawers, there are a total of 4 drawers . I used some hinges from Debbie's Die Cuts for the handles of each of the boxes.

Here is a picture of the inside. I used some stamps from Inkadinkado, and I have used rangers distressed vintage ink all around the edges of the paper.

Bright and Zingy!!!!!!


It is that time again!!! We have another challenge for you over at Just Magnolia!!!
This week we are asking you to make a card BRIGHT AND ZINGY!!!! I really had to stretch on this one lol But ended up using the lovely Hippo she has been colored with my copic's and my papers are from DCWV. I also used the Fiskars apron punch. and some SU ribbon and the wording is from Cuddly Buddly.

Sugar Nellie DT Card meets A Spoonful of Sugar


Yes it is me!!!!!! LOL I know I usually don't do anything during the week except my DT Challenge Cards that I have posted to go but just wasn't sleepy yet so thought I would make a card for the Spoonful of Sugar Sketch.

I got some more Sugar Nellie Rubba in the mail and just had to ink her up. This image reminds me so much of my oldest granddaughter. She loves to read, so I thought I would make her a card and see what she says lol

I have colored my Mary Hall image in with copic's and have used the DCWV Latte papers. The wording is one of the Cuddly Buddly images and I have used the SU punches for it along with SU ribbon. The bows are from my stash along with the flower and I have used the MS leaf punch.

Well hopefully the weekend will come soon and I won't have to work so I can come and visit more of you. I still say work is going to become normal again (keep praying) so I can get back into my blogging world.

You Warm my Heart!!



We are back on schedule with out challenges again after the birthday bash at Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog. It sure was a wonderful party and I am so glad you joined us.

This week to start our challenges back off we are asking you to use a die cut on your card. Easy Peasy!!!!

Here I have used the adorable Henry from Whiff of Joy, He has been colored with my copic's and my papers are from BoBunny. My snowflakes on the top are a die from Sizzix that I got from SU and I used tinsel dust on them, then the bottom one is from McGill and I added just a Jessie James snowflake to it . My wording is from Whiff of Joy also, and I used punches from SU on it.

Don't forget the pre order for the Winter kit is going on till the 23rd of October and Whiff of Joy also has some adorable Christmas Santa's out for order as well as these adorable Henry the Mouse Christmas Stamps.

Sugar Nellie DT Card



Oh I have a quick post for you here tonight but I got some new rubba and just had to ink one of them up!!!!!! They are just so gorgeous. I got another DT package from Sugar Nellie and I was in heaven!!! Oh these images are just so cute and I so enjoyed coloring this one too.
Here I have colored in Winter Wonderland from the Country Cousins Collection at Sugar Nellie's.
My papers are from BoBunny and in my favorite color too. I colored her with my copic's and added some flower soft to the fur on her coat and some glamour dust on the falling snowflakes. I used the snowflakes MS border punch and my ribbon is also from BoBunny. The snowflakes are a MS punch and I added some tinsel dust to them. The wording stamp is from CatslifePress.
Hope your day was a good one. I went back to work today after my 3 day weekend!!! So trying to get back on schedule lol

A card for Alison and a challenge



Well it is me again with another post!!!!
Just had so much fun this weekend playing so now to share all my fun.

Here is a card I made for the Sketch Saturday Challenge, I have used one of the cute Christmas Henry stamps from Whiff of Joy. This is just a cute image it just makes me smile looking at him. I colored it with my copic's, my papers are from BoBunny and I used the Whiff of Joy winter saying and used SU punches on it. The snowflake punch is from McGill and I have added some tinsel dust on it. The ribbon was just from my stash.
And here is a card I made for Alison the artist of the cute Henry stamps and Bruno the bear from Whiff of Joy used here. Alison and her husband are expecting there first child in a couple of weeks so we are hoping to shower her with cards. There is a lot of blog candy going on for this cause so make sure you check out all the WOJ design team members blogs.

Bruno has been colored with my copic's. I used the SU circle wording and used SU punches for the wording and I got me one of the new MS punchs around the page I found this yesterday while out with my grandson.

Sugar Nellie DT project


Good Evening!!! How is the end of the weekend going for you all??? I know my free weekend went really fast but I did manange to get a lot done.

Tonight I wanted to show you a project I finally finished with the Sugar Nellie Stamps I got in my DT package. I just love these Manga Christmas stamps they are just so wonderful to color. I have used the Top Notch Die from Stampin Up by Sizzix and made a candy bag. I got the idea from Chic N Scratch.

I colored the Manga kids with my copic's. I have used some SU punches for my wording and one wording is computer generated where the other is from Cuddly Buddly. I used some glamour dust on the Santa suit fur and I used a poinsettia die from Bosskut.

Grandkids

I just had to upload these pictures!!!! I just had a visit from my youngest daughter with her family and Nathaniel was all decked out in his John Deere clothes and those shoes!!! Those boots really got me they are so cute!!! So here is 2 of my grandkids Nathaniel 7 months and Kirstie 6 years old.
As you can see Nathaniel is a BIG boy!!!

Sugar Nellie and Magnolia




Sugar Bowl Challenge Blog
Good Morning!!! I hope everyone is doing great today so far. I thought I would share the rest of my play time I had yesterday. Sure felt good not to have to go to work so love a vacation day when it gets you out of working the weekend lol

So for the Sugar Bowl Challenge this week Tiets had a wonderful sketch for us. I so love her sketch's so many layers I so love that.

I colored one of the new Manga Christmas images from Sugar Nellie(so love these images) they are so easy to color but she has been colored with my copic's, and I added some glamour dust to the stars. I have used the MS winter trees border punch and added some prima flowers with flat pearls in the center along with some MS branch punchs. The wording is from Cuddly Buddy and I used some SU punches for that. SO make sure you all go join in the challenge there is always wonderful prizes from Sugar Nellie. And just in case you haven't seen it they have there Christmas Country Cousins stamps available in the shop, What are you waiting for they are gorgeous go get them!!!!



Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog

Now this card is for Simon Says Stamp Challenge where there theme is Halloween and I have to say I so love Halloween!!!

Here I have used Tilda with pumpkin and she has been colored in with my copic's as usual. I used the MS spider border and corner punch and I used the SU modern label punch with one of the G stamps. My papers are from BoBunny and I ran my purple cardstock through my spider web cuttlebug embossing folder. My ribbon was from my stash.

Halloween Bag!!!

Here is a Halloween bag I made awhile back and forgot to post.
I used the tutorial from Inking Idaho, and made a brown bag purse!! Well I shouldn't say purse since it is for a boy lol But I have colored Edwin here with my copic's and spica glitter pens my fence border punch is from MS, both ribbons are from SU and the wording is computer generated.
Here is a picture of it opened up where I can add all sorts of goodies!! The image of Edwin is only glued half way for I have used this to keep the flap closed.






A sketch by Mina!!!


This week at Just Magnolia we have a great sketch by the very talented Mina!!! I used Tilda from the Lazy Days of Summer collection and they have been colored in with my copic's. I have used MME papers and my MS Valentine punch. And my flower is from Prima. I also used the circle nestibilites die.

A Wedding Card


It's the Weekend!!!!!!!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!! I so love the weekends especially more when I don't have to work and I got out of this weekend due to taking a vacation day today. So after I got home from my appointment I had to make a wedding card for my daughter to take to a wedding tomorrow ( I got 1 days notice from her ) lol

I used the Hanglar image and I colored it in with my copic's. My papers are from BG and my wording and punches used for it are all from SU. My ribbon is just from my stash and the flowers were sent to me by a very dear friend of mine (luv ya girl)and
I used the MS branch punch.

So then I thought I'll play some more. A couple of weeks ago I won the challenge over at A Spoonful Of Sugar and won these gorgeous stamps from The Pixie Cottage. They are just so cute so I used the Halloween one for this week's challenge at A Spoonful of Sugar.I just love the eyes on these images, so adorable. My paper is from the BG Eerie line and I have used the MS Pumpkin border punch, along with some ribbon from SU. My wording stamp is one of the G stamps. So I made this for there challenge this week which is Halloween!!

Handmade Flowers



Good Morning Everyone!!! Thanks so much for stopping by today. I have had a very very busy week and worked Saturday so I sure have not had time to do any crafting. Hopefully today after the chores are done I might be able to but am really late with posting my RIGHT Just Magnolia DT card. I have been so busy I forgot to switch the challenges on my scheduled post. Sorry Guys!!!!

This week our challenge was to make flowers for our card from the tutorial Michelle did for us. So here I have used Tilda witih blueberrys and she has been colored with my copic's. My papers are from MME . I didn't have the die's that Michelle used so I just used my retro flower punches.
I made a tutorial a while back which you can find under the labels of how I made my flowers, I have used some flat pearls on my card and my MS leaf and branch punches, I also used the name plate die from Quickutz.
Well I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend. Mine is just starting with lots of household chores to do first.

For my card I used one of the new Manga Christmas Stamps. Aren't these just adorable?? I so love coloring these. I have used the BoBunny Christmas paper and I have colored my image in with my copic's. My cardstock, punches are from SU and I used some Prima flowers with Basic Grey brads in the center. Added a bit of Bling and my wording is from my dear friend Heather.
