Post It Note Holders!

Well as I am finishing up my altered gifts for some friends I thought I would post these as well. I used the chipboard tag from Debbie's Die Cuts. Covered it with paper and added different kinds of embellishments to each one. I covered a close pen to hold the pen with patterned paper. (An idea I got from Tiets) The one stamped image is from Whiff of Joy. Melndia the helping Angel. I just love her. But I love all of Elizabeth Bell's images. Each has an magnietic clip on the top.

2009 Calendar

Well this is not all finished but while I was on I wanted to go ahead and upload it. I still need to decorate it but you can get the idea. This is a BIA Calendar. I just love my BIA. I got the tutorial for this from Julie.
I think this is just so clever that I just had to try it and it was so easy. Thanks Julie.

Gift Card Holder

Well finally I have all my gift card holders done. This one is the cute Charlie from Whiff of Joy!!! Isn't he adorable??? I used the SU Top Notch Die to make this gift card and the tutorial I used to make it I got from Ambers Blog.

Another done!

Well I am almost as done as I am going to get I do believe with my projects for Christmas. Here I made a gift card tin for my youngest daughter. She loves snowmen and so I used the cute Sugar Nellie snowman stamp and colored it in with my copics, added some snowflake brads and snowflake rubons. The punched edge is from Martha Stewarts zig zag punch. I distresed the edges with Rangers vintage distressed ink.

Then here the picture is not good at all but this is one of the 8 bags I made for the kids for Christmas that I put all there candy in. The Santa is from Magnolia that I got at Magnolia A Holic and the wording stamp is from Inkadinkado. I also used the santa hat and Ho Ho Ho from my sizzix die and the folded topper is from my SU top note die. Santa was colored on watercolor paper with my SU reinkers and then glued to the bag.

Shower Invites!

Well as you all know my youngest daughter is expecting her second child in March. It is going to be a little boy Nathaniel David!!. Well her best friend is giving her a baby shower and guess who got to make the shower invitations???????? Yelp ol mom here. I had fun making these for I got to use one of my older stamps I had not used forever from TAC. This cute little giraffe got colored with my copic markers and I used my nestabilities die to cut the image and mat out and then the scalloped square also. The hands punch is just an old punch I had and I believe it is from fiskars.The wording stamp is from SU along with the circle and notched punch. I ended up making like 31 of these but it sure was fun to do them but sure glad they are done lol

Some things I have gotten done!

Well even though I haven't been on the net much at all I am still not getting done everything I need to but did find some time to get these loaded so I could share them with you. These are some of the candles I picked up at Wal Mart and added some rub on's to them and some ribbon

These are a few of the jars I made I canned some Apple Cinnamon Jelly and decorated the jars with some rub ons and one of the gorgeous images from Whiff Of Joy done by the talented Elizabeth Bell.










This is a box made out of the scalloped envy die from SU. I have seen these little boxes made on tons of blogs so thought I would give it a try. The snowman is from Sugar Nellie.

This is a notepad I made out of chipboard for a friend of mine. I used one of the new SK images for this with some prima flowers.

Lili Of the Valley #12

SO sorry I am late with my LOTV posting. I just can't seem to find enough hours in the day for everything I need to be getting done.But after 3 more working days I will have plenty of time to get things done (I hope).
Okay on to my card the theme this week on Lili of the Valley Challenge Blog is to make a Happy New Year card. I have used Jasmine !! You can get her at Lili Of The Valley so make sure you go check out these cute adorable stamps. I have colored her with my SU reinkers and I have used my Sizzix flourish and some Prima flowers with the spacer and brad in the middle. I used SU Ribbon and the photo corner punch and the wording is also from SU.

Sketch Saturday #28

Hello everyone!!! I had to get busy and get my Whiff of Joy card out for this week so while I was in here I thought I would get a card made up for my favorite Sketch Challenge!!! Mariska has a beautiful sketch this week over at Sketch Saturday and I just couldn't let this sketch get by me. I used one of the Christmas Tilda's and I colored her with SU reinkers. I used some Prima flowers with spacers in the center and used my new leaf punch. The corners are from Sizzix. I also used the Martha Stewart ribbon punch . My wording is from a Rub on but have a close up of it above. Just hard to see in the photo.

Whiff of Joy #12

Boy the holidays are approaching us and time is running out !!!!!! But we just had to get one more challenge in before the New Year at Whiff Of Joy Challenge Blog. So the theme to this challenge is to make a Contempary Christmas Card with no red or green!!!!! oh yell you heard me right lol NO red or green. But the best part is we are extending this challenge till the 7th of Jan. That way everyone will still have time to join us for the challenge. So make sure you check it out and sure hope to see join us.
I have used Melinda The Christmas Angel. I colored her with Prisma pencils and gamsol. I added some spica glitter pens in places and used my Martha Stewart doily border punch and also the snowflake punch. The wording is from Whiff Of Joy also . I saw this sketch somewhere but now I have lost my info on it so I can't give credit to where credit is due but if you let me know I will be more than happy to again I am so sorry I just don't remember.

Well first I want to say that I have met so many wonderful friends here in the blogging world and some I have grown so close to. I really appreeciate your friendship and I have loved visiting your blogs. BUT it has come that I am going to not be blogging much for a awhile. I will try my best to get on at least once a week or so when I have time to check out all your blogs. Just didn't want you all to think I fell off the face of the earth but just something that has to be done.

Lili Of The Valley #11

This week at Lili Of The Valley Challenge Blog we have a sketch for you!!! I have used Moggi, I have to say this little adorable Moggi is my favorite stamp. He is just so adorable I just want to squeeze him lol Anyway I have colored him with distressed inks and Twinkling H20's. I used a nestibilites die for the frame of Moggi My paper is Basic Grey and I have used a Prima flower with brad and spacer and my leaf punch. I added some spacers to the corners of Moggi and added some bling to them. I used some Peel offs for the wording. And the bottom border I used my Martha Stewart lace punch.

Whiff of Joy #11

This week at Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog Heather has another wonderful sketch for us. I did use the sketch but needed a gift so I ended up using the sketch on my gift. I made a magnetic post it note holder. I used Basic Grey paper and added some ribbon. Prima flowers have the brads and spacers in the middle and I used my leaf punches, I just love these punches. I have made a lot of magnetic post it holders before but the clothespin holding the ink pen I got the idea from Tiets, Thank you Tiets. My image is Melinda drinking hot chocolate and I have colored her in with my copics and added some spica glitter pens. Hope to see you all joining in this week at the Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog.
