Oh it is getting that time of season and I am really getting into making my Christmas Cards. This week at Just Magnolia

I tried using some Micro Beads on my snowflakes this time and love the way they have turned out and this paper  I found at Hobby Lobby I so love the colors.

Well believe it or not I am back with post 2 today!!! This doesn’t happen to often lol

I thought it would be best to get on the sketch over at The Sugar Bowl before I get anything else done. Oh Marlene has a gorgeous sketch for us to work with this week. I made a very CAS card for the sketch. Karen loves CAS and I am starting to really get into it too. I have used this adorable Home Grown image called Santa’s Letter from Sugar Nellie. Isn’t he adorable??? I so love last years Christmas images too so just have to use them again.

I saw the sketch by Jacque over at Friday Sketchers and just had to have a go at it. A wonderful sketch thanks Jacque. So I took advantage of it and made another Tissue Box with her sketch. I am on a roll with these Tissue Box’s lol

Here is the front view of the box. I have used this gorgeous Tilda from last year and have used some kraft cardstock and figgy pudding paper. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts .

Need a Tissue???

 

Happy Saturday!!!!!! I so hope everyone is doing well !!! I am having a blast playing today so thought I would show you some of what I have been doing today. I already had my images colored and most of the papers cut out so just had to put them together. But I am making my aunts these Tissue Box’s for Christmas this year. I found the tutorial over at SplitCoastStampers. These are so easy to make !!! I wanted to get a lot of crafting in today for tomorrow I have to prep for all my tests at the hospital so I know I won’t be crafting much.

But I have used Tilda’s for my tissue box’s and the papers are from The Paper Studio

Oh I got to play!!!!!!  Well I had some time to finish a couple of boxes I had started. You know I have all good intentions to make things then just don’t get them finished. But my nephew is getting married next weekend and I had to get this gift card box made before then. I didn’t just want to put there gift card in an envy so I used the top notch die from Stampin Up and made a little box for between the dies. I added some ribbon for handles and there you go it was done. I like it when it goes together so easy.

Evening !!!! I hope everyone is doing well!!!

As you all know I have been working crazy hours so my crafting time just isn’t what it use to be. I try to keep up with things but getting to do challenges anymore hasn’t been getting done. Plus I am waiting on an appointment with a surgeon, am having some health issues but do hope these will be taken care of soon.

But wanted to join in the Sketch Saturday Challenge that I hadn’t been able to do for a while. There is such a lovely sketch this week. A Country Cousin Christmas Box

Hello!!! Thanks so much for stopping bye today. I have been working on this little project here and finally got it done so thought I  had better post it before I forgot to. I saw this adorable project on Martha’s Blog and I just had to give it a shot. It was so much fun to make. Thanks dear!!

This would be so neat to add Christmas Candy too. I have used one of the adorable new Country Cousins from Sugar Nellie. I made the box very CAS and just added the image.

7 Kids Sketch Challenge!

Well my weekend is almost over and I just had to make one last card. I so loved the sketch over at 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog that I had to get a card done for it. I have used an older Halloween Tilda for the sketch and it is a double challenge where it is to be a Halloween theme.

Simply Sassy!!!!!!!!

Happy Weekend Everyone!!! And it sure is a Happy one for me. I am finally getting a weekend off. I tell you work has took over my life more than it ever has.

Working these last few weeks at 6 days has sure put a damper on my playing. But I am sure going to take advantage of it this weekend. lol

My DT package has took a tour of the world I believe so my very sweet and dear team member Dena stamped me some images so I could play.  Isn’t she just the greatest??? These images are by the very talented artist Krista Smith and I am so much in love with these adorable images!!! Oh the eyes are these cuties I just love them and these are so easy to color. Good Day Everyone!!! Thanks to those that have stopped bye. I have the Just Magnolia challenge for you today. I didn’t make a card this time, I went with the altered post it note hanger. A very dear friend sent me this vintage hanger a long time ago and I had never used it but decided to get it out and use it.

I made the square out of chipboard and adhered patterned paper to it, then followed Dawny’s sketch over at the challenge blog.
