Two for the Price of One!!!
Well I thought while I was off I would get some more crafting in so went to the Everybody's Art Challenge and there theme this week is Happy New Year. So I am entering this for there and also for the Spoonful Of Sugar which is to make a New Years Card too. I used some of my Magnolia images I colored Tila and the glass in with my copic markers and used some spica glitter pens. I used some flat backed pearls on the center along with the lace. Added a Prima flower with a brad and spacer along with some of the punched leaf branches. I saw this card on Mojo Monday and just had to use the sketch isn't it so adorable love how she used the nestabilites.
Hope you all have a Wonderful and Safe Happy New Year!!!

High Hopes meets Sketch Saturday
Well you would think that being off work I would have some extra stamping time but just barely got these done today. lol But this week at Sketch Saturday it was Your Choice so I picked my favorite sketch of all week #16. I just love this one. I used the High Hopes image of the cute little girls with the pillow fight lol I colored them in with my SU reinkers and Twinkling h20's. I added some spica glitter pens and white gel pen. The photo corners are a punch from SU along with the paper flowers. The flower brads was a gift from my friend Sue. My paper even has flowers on it so am going to put this card in the High Hopes Challenge blog for there theme is flowers.

A First
Well this is a first for me at the Everybody-Art-Challenge. My dear friend Heather is on the DT so I figured I had better go check it out. They have a sketch over there this week and boy I love sketch's. So I used one of the new Sugar Nellie stamps by Elizabeth Bell called Rope Swing. Isn't she just so cute??? I colored her in with my SU reinkers and Twinkling h20's. And added some glazed gel pens and the wording is from SU along with the punches I used for it. The bling is from part of a wonderful package I got from my dear friend Risa.

A gorgeous sketch
Hello everyone. Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays and your time off if you got it. I know I have enjoyed mine but sure haven't done anything productive lol
But while visiting one of my daily blog rounds I saw where Katharina has a sketch challenge going and you know how I love sketch's. Well she is even offering one of the new stamps as a prize (I think)!lol So here I used my Whiff of Joy Willow drinking hot chocolate. I have colored her and the pillow in with my copic's and used my spica glitter pens and white gel pen. Now on the chair which is Whiff of Joy also I colored it in with distressed inks and twinkling h20's. The border around the edge of the card is peel off stickers. I have also added a prima flower with the brad in the middle and used my branch leaf. So you all make sure you go check out Katharina's blog and the new release of Whiff of Joy will be out Jan 3rd so be ready!!

Post It Note Holders!
Well as I am finishing up my altered gifts for some friends I thought I would post these as well. I used the chipboard tag from Debbie's Die Cuts. Covered it with paper and added different kinds of embellishments to each one. I covered a close pen to hold the pen with patterned paper. (An idea I got from Tiets) The one stamped image is from Whiff of Joy. Melndia the helping Angel. I just love her. But I love all of Elizabeth Bell's images. Each has an magnietic clip on the top.
2009 Calendar
Well this is not all finished but while I was on I wanted to go ahead and upload it. I still need to decorate it but you can get the idea. This is a BIA Calendar. I just love my BIA. I got the tutorial for this from Julie.
I think this is just so clever that I just had to try it and it was so easy. Thanks Julie.
Here is a pic of it sideways.
Then here is the front. Like I said I don't have it decorated yet but wanted to go ahead and post while I was still on. Gotta love the BIA

Another done!
Well I am almost as done as I am going to get I do believe with my projects for Christmas. Here I made a gift card tin for my youngest daughter. She loves snowmen and so I used the cute Sugar Nellie snowman stamp and colored it in with my copics, added some snowflake brads and snowflake rubons. The punched edge is from Martha Stewarts zig zag punch. I distresed the edges with Rangers vintage distressed ink.
Then here the picture is not good at all but this is one of the 8 bags I made for the kids for Christmas that I put all there candy in. The Santa is from Magnolia that I got at Magnolia A Holic and the wording stamp is from Inkadinkado. I also used the santa hat and Ho Ho Ho from my sizzix die and the folded topper is from my SU top note die. Santa was colored on watercolor paper with my SU reinkers and then glued to the bag.

Shower Invites!
Well as you all know my youngest daughter is expecting her second child in March. It is going to be a little boy Nathaniel David!!. Well her best friend is giving her a baby shower and guess who got to make the shower invitations???????? Yelp ol mom here. I had fun making these for I got to use one of my older stamps I had not used forever from TAC. This cute little giraffe got colored with my copic markers and I used my nestabilities die to cut the image and mat out and then the scalloped square also. The hands punch is just an old punch I had and I believe it is from fiskars. The wording stamp is from SU along with the circle and notched punch. I ended up making like 31 of these but it sure was fun to do them but sure glad they are done lol

Some things I have gotten done!
Well even though I haven't been on the net much at all I am still not getting done everything I need to but did find some time to get these loaded so I could share them with you. These are some of the candles I picked up at Wal Mart and added some rub on's to them and some ribbon
These are a few of the jars I made I canned some Apple Cinnamon Jelly and decorated the jars with some rub ons and one of the gorgeous images from Whiff Of Joy done by the talented Elizabeth Bell.
This is a box made out of the scalloped envy die from SU. I have seen these little boxes made on tons of blogs so thought I would give it a try. The snowman is from Sugar Nellie.
