Relaxing!!!

Well we have come to our 2ND Challenge at Just Magnolia!!! I am just loving this Challenge Blog. I have to say I do love my Magnolia's and this gives me a chance to use all my older ones too. You never get tired of them do you.
Here I have used Tilda on her blanket. The theme this week is Pink and Green so I have colored them with my copic's and spica glitter pens. I have used my retro flower punches with the crackle stamp from Innovation Stamp Creations and added a brad and spacer to the center. I have also used my MS branch and leaf punches, the flourish is from bosskut and the little flowers are from SU. This week we have a wonderful sketch for you at the Whiff Of Joy Challenge Blog. I have used the gorgeous Helping Melinda from Whiff Of Joy. I just so love this image.SHe was colored with my copics and I added some glamour dust to her wings. The papers are from K&Co and my flowers are punched from my retro punches. The branch punch is from MS I then added some brads and spacers in the center. Sure hope you come and join us and have as much fun as I did with Heathers sketch.

Magical!!!!!

Another beautiful sketch we have again this week at Sketch Saturday. I also love Saturdays not only do I not have to work but the new sketch comes out.
This week I used one of my new stamps my dear friend Jacqui got me for my birthday Isn't this darling rabbit from Joanna Sheen just adorable???? I have colored her with my copics and spica glitter pens, my papers are from K&Co (oh la la ) and I have used the retro flower punch with the MS leaf and branch punch, Added a brad and spacer in the center. My flourish is from Bosskuts and I have used some small pink bling to it. The ribbon is from my stash but believe it came from HL.

It's Bugs!!!

This week over at High Hopes, Crissy has set the challenge for paper piercing!! It had been awhile since I had done that and sure enjoyed it. Thanks Crissy. I have used one of the new images isn't she so cute. She was colored with my copic's and my paper is from SU. I also used the photo corner punch from Su and used the piercing tool on it also, along with the other corners of the image.
I used the piercing took around the flower also. I ran a piece of paper through the Cuttlebug embossing folder and sponged it with vintage distressed ink.My leaf is a MS punch.

What a Storm

Man I hate winter and always wish for summer but this is the only down fall we have for summer. Tornado's and storms. I tell you these things just scare a person to death. I live in a mobile home to top it off!! But we had a huge storm go through earlier and these are pictures I took looking out my front door. Golf ball size hail at some points. I have never seen the hail that big before. So glad that is is over!!
Just wanted you to see one of our storms here in Indiana!

The Sugar Bowl Sketch!

Oh The Sugar Bowl has an awesome sketch this time from Tiets. I really enjoyed using the sketch and know I will sure use it again. I have colored my image here with my copic's and spica glitter pens and also added some of my glazed pens in places. I used my new Cloud Nine paper and also my bosskut flourish, retro flower punchs with a brad and spacer in the center, and my MS leaf and branch. I also ran one of my papers in the cuttlebug embossing folder and then sponged it with vinage distressed ink. My ribbon is from HL. The wording and oval punches is from SU. Well hope you all are having a great day and enjoying the first part of the week. Me it means returning to work !!! So you know my feelings on the subject lol But thanks for stopping bye . Big Hugs

Well I hope you all had a wonderful Easter!!! I know I ate to much lol But everyone is gone and the house is cleaned back up so I thought I would come and share a few of my pictures I took of the grandkids. Nathaniel is getting so big!! He is a month old here and he was talking to us lol

My Dear Friends

I wanted to pop in and wish you ALL a Wonderful and Blessed Easter!! I am getting ready to go get my ham in and all the fixings ready but wanted to make sure I got all my blogging friends wished a Happy Easter first.
I would also like to show you a few things I got in the mail last week. I am always so far behind through the week with working so I am posting this late. But my dear friends Jacqui and Gisela sent me some wonderful birthday goodies and just had to share. Thank you so much my dear friends. Big Hugs

Well another gorgeous sketch again over at Sketch Saturday and I used the sketch to get my little grandson Nathaniel's Easter Card done. I put it off to the last minute!!!
But so happy that I did for I do love this sketch. I have used Edwin and the egg wagon here and colored them in with my copic's. I used SU paper and I used my new MS border punch. Yelp got to go shopping Friday and spent most of my birthday money but did manage to get a few craft goodies like some awesome K&Co paper and a big tote for my copic markers. Anyway back to my card lol I used my cuttlebug alphabet and some flat gems and ribbon from HL. The eggs were in a Joleen's package.

Have your Heard the News??????

Well it has been really really hard for me to keep quiet but I can let the cat out of the bag now!!! There is a new challenge blog (yell I hear you another challenge blog) The new challenge blog is called Just Magnolia which means only Magnolia stamps will be allowed. There is a huge design team and what talent there is that I get to work with OMG Go check it out and see who all is on there. This week at Whiff Of Joy Challenge Blog we have the very talented Katharina bringing us one of her wonderful sketch's. We are always so glad to have her join us. We know she is really busy so when she gets the time we sure love it.
I have colored Willow in with my copic's and also used my spica glitter pens. My flower is from the retro punchs and MS branch and leaf. The bottom border was done with the fiskars border punch. My papers are from K&Co oh I just love them. And then my ribbon is from SU.

Tilda gathers straw!!!

Well they have done again at Sketch Saturday another beautiful sketch!!!Tracie has done the sketch this week and it is just lovely. I used the Tilda gathers straw from Magnolia. She has been colored with my copics. My papers are from K&Co (oh just love them) and I used my raffia ribbon that a dear friend sent me. My flower is punched from my retro punches and MS for the leaves and branch. The border punch is from Fiskars. I used one of the crackle stamps from Innovation on the flower and added a brad and spacer in the center. Flat pearls were used at the top and bottom of the picture. I did rotate the sketch so my image would fit better.

Cherry Tilda

Oh I just about missed this sketch!!! Lim has done a gorgeous sketch over at A Spoonful of Sugar and I just had to do it for it is just beautiful. Thanks Lim.
I used some digital papers and my Cherry Tilda from Magnolia is colored with my copic's and spica glitter pens. I mounted her up on one of the circle nestibilites. And added flat pearls to the card. The cherry die cut is from Sizzix. I didn't add a sentiment on it yet for just not sure what I am going to use it for.

Music In Me!!!

Well I am just about late with my entry to High Hopes this week. These hours that I am working I am not getting nothing else done and then to top it off get called in on your day off YELK!!! But hey it is more money to buy stamping supplies lol

Birthday Wishes

Well here is a couple more cards I made for the church for peoples birthday. As you all know they want them simple so not much to them I have to say but each image is from High Hopes and htey have been colored with my copic's and spica glitter pens. The birthday ticket on the tractor is just one of the clear mini stamps. Then on the goats card the label is from Spellbinders. And the ribbon from SU. It is so nice to have some place to send my cards to even though they aren't full of embellishments like I like. But hope you all have been having a great week.
