Really Reasonable Ribbon GDT

Hello Donalda here!

I was so honored when I was asked to be a Guest here at Really Reasonable Ribbon.

I have been a big fan for a long time and am truly a Ribbon Addict lol

I have made a few projects to show you today with the Yellow Assortment pack. 

First up I have made an wooden purse for my youngest granddaughter. She is a little diva so this worked perfect for her. Here on the purse I have used some Diamond Satin Ribbon and have made a double tailed bow. I found the tutorial over at Becca's Blog and she truly is a Ribbon Queen. My papers are from BG and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Sizzix alphabet die

Here is a side view of the purse.

Next up I have made a Hair Clip, I have used the Danielle White Crochet Lace on top of the clip and adhered it with a glue gun. Next I took some Moss Satin with Grosgrain Edge Ribbon and gathered it up and layered on top of the lace.  Then I gathered up some Lemon Satin Swiss Dots and layered it on top of the Moss Ribbon. Then finally I added a bumble Bee button to the top of it.

For my last project I have made a note board for my kitchen to post some notes.

I used the Lemon Diamond Satin Ribbon to make a hanger, the yellow Flowered Ric Rac to crisscross on the notepad and I used the Yellow Gold Seam Binding to make my bow.  Fruit buttons from my stash and stamps from Magnolia.

Sugar Nellie

Happy Sunday dear friends !!! I hope your weekend is going well. I know it sure is a hot one here. The temps have been 99 and one day last week it hit 101.

Needless to say after work I am staying in the air .

Today I would like to show you a couple cards from my DT kit from Sugar Nellie. These are available over at Funky Kits now and this first one is perfect for Christmas. It is called The Best Gift is You.

I have colored my image with copic’s and have used some papers from BG . The sentiment is from Lily Of The Valley from the Christmas Circular Sentiments .  I used a doily from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon was from my stash.

 

For my next card I have used Cute and Cuddly. This image is so perfect for a New Baby or 1st birthday don’t you think? Again colored with my copic’s and the papers are from MME. The sentiment I used here is from SU along with the punches used on it. Ribbon is from my stash.

Lots Of Letters

Happy Saturday dear friends !!!

Been a long week for me here. Still working long hours and after work picking and canning green beans from the garden. Lots of work but boy will they taste good this winter.

I so hope you have enjoyed all the sneak peaks this week and from all the comments I was able to read I know you all love them as much as we do. Gorgeous !!!!!!!

Today I am showing you Lots of Letters. Aren’t they just darling mailing there letters to Santa??

I have colored my image with copics and used some papers from MME. I added some glamour dust to my image and have used the snowflake border punch from MS.

The sentiment and ticket die is from Whimsy Stamps .

Oh Christmas Tree

Hello dear friends !! Are you counting down the days ????? Oh they are getting so close to the launch of the new release from Lily Of The Valley.

Today I am showing you Oh Christmas Tree.

My image has been colored with my copic’s  and my papers are from BG. I have added some glamour dust to the fur of her coat.

The sentiment is also from Lily Of The Valley from the Christmas Circular Sentiments Collection.

I used a MS Christmas Tree border punch and some seam binding from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

I added some flat gems to the corner of the card and have used Magnolia’s flourish die.

Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

What’s Cookin

What’s Cookin  Friends?

Yelp that is the theme for our new challenge over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog. What a wonderful challenge it is too, our lovely teamie Dena set this challenge.

I have used a Magnolia image looks like not much is cooking at the moment lol She has been colored with my copic’s and I have used papers from K&Co.

I added a MS border and look at this luscious ribbon! I got this from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I had these measuring spoons charm in my stash I believe I got them from my local scrapbook store last year. Then these gorgeous flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the metal corner is also from them.

The leaf punch is a Nellie Snellen punch.

Fun and Games

We are back again today with a new challenge over at the Lily Of The Valley Challenge Blog where the challenge is Fun and Games.

I have used one of the soon to be released images today called Build a Snowman.

Isn’t this new release just to die for like I told you the first of the week ???

My image has been colored with my copic’s and I used some glamour dust on my image too.

I used some raffia ribbon and some button snowflakes from my stash

And the snowflakes I have added some Diamond Dust to they are punched from MS and Nankong punches.

Sugar Nellie

Hello dear blogging friends !!! I hope you all are enjoying the weekend !!! I took a few days off this week and managed to get some cards made. I believe I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Today I have a card to show you for the Sugar Bowl. There is a wonderful sketch for everyone to follow with the option of Lace.

I have used one of the new images from Sugar Nellie called Bubble and Squeak. These little mice are sure celebrating. I have colored the image with my copic’s and have used some papers in my stash that I am not sure where they came from. The doily and lace is from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon is from my stash.

 

Up next is Peak A Boo from Sugar Nellie. Now I just love this image just want to squeeze those cheeks. lol

She has been colored with my copic’s and the papers are from BG. I used some flat pearls and lace from my stash and the sentiment is from Lily Of The Valley from there Happy Circular Sentiments.

For my last card today I have Snow Buddies from the newest release from Sugar Nellie. The image was colored with my copics and the papers are from cosmo cricket. I added some glamour dust to the fur on my images and I have used a MS snowflake border punch. The sentiment is from Lily Of The Valley from the Christmas Circular Sentiments.

It takes a while for me to get my packages so I am sure you all have already gotten your beautiful stamps. Can’t wait to see what you all have done.

Pink, Purple and Pearls

Yes you read it right !!! This is our new challenge over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog and I have been loving this challenge. Our dear Mindy set the challenge for us this week and you all know this is my favorite color !!! So I had a blast.

I have used this darling Tilda and have her on some shimmer paper with the colors pink and purple in it. My paper is from BoBunny and another set I so love to cut into. But a girls got to do what a girl’s got to do don’t they???

I have used flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and the Nellie Snellen leaf punch. The ribbon and the metal corner are also from Wild Orchid Crafts and I

have put a flower center in the middle of it. I used some Spellbinder label dies and added some purple pearls in the center of them.

Good Morning all !!! Well the weekend is fast upon us !!!! And it being Thursday we have a new challenge for you over at Lily of The Valley Challenge Blog.

The challenge this week is to use Pink and Blue !! This was a little difficult for me as I am not much of a blue person lol

Today I have used Coffee Break as my image and one of the sentiments from the  Mixed Circular Collection  . A must have for any crafter.

I have colored my image with copic’s and the papers are from MME. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the leaf die is from Magnolia.

Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon and I have used some pearls and a flourish from my stash. The border punch I have used is from SU.

Also a reminder that starting next week there will be lots of new things going on. Lily Of The Valley and Wild Orchid Crafts have teamed up to show you some really great new images and new products so be on the look out.

I am still working lots of hours and not much time for crafting at all but do try to squeeze some in as I can. Besides working I have been working in the garden in the evenings, oh I so can’t wait for everything to get done. We have gotten cucumbers already and the green beans and tomatoes are almost ready. Going to be good eating real soon.

My grandson is still gone at his mothers, I really miss the guy to be honest. It sure is nice and quiet though but after having him around for over a year I so miss him. He gets his license the 28th of this month and grandma has a nice surprise for him when he gets back. I do hope he will like it.  Not to bad for a first vehicle. He has no idea, but grandma has a job lined up for him when he comes back too to help pay for the insurance. OMW !!!!! I about flipped on what the price is for teenagers!!!!!!!! Then next you will see my youngest grandson Nathaniel here, he is the little water dog. Rachelle bought them a pool and he loves it. From the time he gets home till he goes to bed he wants in the pool lol. Well I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend that is coming up.

Well we all wanted summer and now we have it. How many is already wanting winter?? lol It sure is a hot one.

Today I am back with a new challenge over at Just Magnolia and Hanglar Challenge Blog where my teamie Jane has made a sketch for us. I really enjoyed using the sketch and will be using it again that is for sure.

I have used this cute Magnolia and she has been colored with my copic’s and I have used some glamour dust on her also.

The lace I got at Joann’s awhile back and these flowers are none other than from Wild Orchid Crafts. I used a Nellie Snellen leaf punch and I also used a bosskut flourish.

These beautiful papers are from K&Co and I am about out of this pad and I so love it.

Wild Orchid Crafts

Hello dear friends !!! I hope everyone is having a great day.

I wanted to show you a card I made with these gorgeous products I got from Wild Orchid Crafts. Oh I am so loving these newer roses.

For my card today I am using a Bildmalarna Image, which has been colored with my copic’s.

I have used a white Classic Sweet Rose with several 2 toned pink Wild Roses.

Oh and check out these  Gypsophila Flowers on a stem. Loving these too.

Oh who am I kidding !!! I love all these flowers.

I have also used behind my image one of there Paper Heart Doilies,  What a perfect touch to your cards with these.

And check out that gorgeous Guipure Lace !!!!!!!! Oh it is breath taking, I have topped it off with some Flesh Tone Seam Binding.
