WOW THANK YOU ALL !!!!!!

I can't thank you all enough helping me get my hit to 10,000. You all are great.
I have been at this computer since 7 am on the phone with verizon and dell and they are getting ready to wipe my computer out for the Verizon internet suite destroyed my computer so they are going to redo it. It has been a mess.
